The staff and service is excellent but I’m giving this 4 instead of 5 because the lady at the till is the rotten apple who spoils the experience going there. I hope management reads this and get rid of her. Please!
The female chemist in the back is great and helpful. Never had an issue with anything and they helped me when I wasnt sure what I needed. Kinda dumpy and not a very large chemist but was happy with the services we got.

Ladies by the till were very rude and condescending. Whilst I was trying to check out, she was constantly talking with the other cashier, completely disregarding my questions. No respect. Honestly if youre not going to bother with trying to be polite, dont bother showing up to work. End of story.

Friendly and happy to deliver to local areas . Accept orders via email which is handy.
Not impressed to have been overcharged on our credit card from what was a clearly advertised price (we have a photo as evidence) in the shop.

Erratic closing times for holidays, dont keep to advertised hours.
