My 5⭐ goes to nurse Cheryl Isaacs!!....she is the best definition of the word service

I wouldnt even give this pharmacy a one star, if zero was an option. We were notified to use this pharmacy for our 2nd covid vaccine. We got there and there was no system, no signs, no staff explaining anything. When the staff member did eventually appear, she randomly handed out numbers without explaining anything and when my husband asked what the numbers were for, she said for the injection. We waited for over 2 hours and when we were getting to the front of the queue, she started letting people in from the back of the queue ahead of us. When we queried this, she said they had appointments ...but so did we!! And she had seen our card showing our previous injection (at the more jacked up Virgine N1 City) She then said we should have told her ...I mean hello ....would we have come for our 2nd injection without a notification ....she should have friggin asked. Their organisation was dismal.And this is not the first time that I have found this pharmacy a nightmare to deal with. Their pharmacy section is shocking, slow, unfriendly and actually just rude! In fact when Engen ask me if I have a clicks card, I always reply, I wouldnt subject myself to their shocking service in order to get some points!Do yourself a favour and rather travel to Dischem or any other pharmacy than use this shocking branch!

Everytime I come to this clicks I get mediocre service and theres only ever 1 teller. The staff here act like they really hate their jobs.

You should really update your times online as I came to get medication and all the staff were standing there with the doors closed and when I mentioned that the times says open till 7 online I get a thumbs up from your from them. Very professional.

The pharmacy is always slow and no will for positive customer service.Cashiers. If there is more than one, its our lucky day. Always a que.

One would expect that pharmacy staff would know how to use their mask. Yet one of the female staff had their mask below her nose. We should know how to at least use a mask now please!

Do not like being given generics which I consider inferior medicine.

The clicks itself are nice always a friendly greet at the door, but we will have to look for a different pharmacy.There is just always an issue. Tonight we asked for a generic, they gave the original and stated the difference is not that much. Which was not the case. Done..moving on.

The nurse (Mrs Isaacs if not mistaken) was very informative and her service was exceptional, I loved her.

Ive never had such a horrible experience at a clicks ever! They give all the other pharmacies a bad name. We had a script that they messed up, refused to give us medication - we were laughed at and made fun because we had to get medication. There is no supervisor at all and the pharmacist , Her name is Sikelelwa, she kept saying Oh my God when we tried to explain about the medication that was needed and called other pharmacist to come and listen to our story while also in belittling tone. I felt so offended. She literally belittled us and kept laughing and making fun of us. No customer service etiquette at all. I never knew people would still stoop to this lever

The security guard for the night shift was extremely rude to us just for sanitizing our hands on our way out. I have never had a store worker speak to a customer in that tone. And it is also extremely rude to assume that every black person you see speaks Xhosa because we did not understand what she was saying but she insisted to continue in a harsh tone...

Staff are warm and friendly. Pity the pharmacists are so rude and unhelpful. They give Clicks a bad name.

Please do basics correct like have the correct trading times.....says 9pm week days I get there at 8.05pm and they close..

So i have been going to this click for a while now and they have always been good, mostly friendly pharmacist. I always do the ready for collection as its fast.but today i got there and rang the bel....waited longer to collect than the people in line and i was the only one there to collect.

I spoke to manager but she said the pharmacist are under other management so please pass this on.Your system is the worst after standing in line for 20min+ being the 5th person, a guy comes in and goes around and pharmacist says next and he goes, we all say but we have been here for a long time. Her response was priceless extreamly rude making us all feel like idiots saying we wrong by standing in the middle but we about 12 people standing there, and she will help him and all the pharmacist started laughing, there was 2 older ladys infront and they refused to help and said he will be helped first as we all quring in the middle and we in the wrong, yes maybe we were but by being rude and refusing to help us first is worse customer service. At all the other clicks there is a ticket system or one line for que, maybe upgrade it or upgrade your rude staff.

The staff at the pharmacy need some customer service experience. I was blatantly told that I cannot be assisted and “what more do you want me to do” this is not the first bad experience I have heard of at this particular store. Looks like I’ll be going to Dischem at Bayside Mall. Look after your customers and they will look after you.

The waiting periods at the pharmacy are way to long and the shop is too small to move in and is very badly laid out. on the upside, the pharmacists are awsome

The pharmacists are very slow. Queues are always long. The pharmacists coats are dirty and and not very appealing. Rather goes to Clicks Intercare.

Friendly service and open until late (21:00) even on a Sunday.

Quick in and out, one of the smaller Clicks around. Dont recall them having a nurse.

Normally good but the que system is a shambles, staff nor customers know what is going on, so easy to rectify but seems to be getting worse

I am standing in the line for 15 min now....it is 11.40 now... 5 pharmacists are out abd two on duty.13 people waiting, this is how bad this branch is.Is there a manager on duty to schedule shifts?Poor poor service !!!

Worst clicks! The pharmacy assistance takes the same piece of paper and walks around the pharmacy more than 7 times doing nothing. Service is the slowest even at the collection counter.
