They are expensive but they hire the best staff. Always a pleasant and easy experience. Stay away at 5pm to avoid the rush if you can. The nurse on duty this evening was friendly and very helpful. As were the security on duty and the cashier. Top service comes at a price.

This 24hr pharmacy always gives excellent service, doesnt matter what time of the day or night. The floor staff are always helpful and the pharmacists are always ready to give advice. Sometimes the queue for prescription medication is a bit long, but the staff always try to help as quickly as possible without compromising service.

This was my first time at m-kem. Service at the dispensary is pathetic. Was there on Sunday to collect a prescription but was told the product needs to be ordered and I can collect it on Monday. Went there today (Tuesday) and was told by the lady behind the counter that its not available yet (she didnt even look on the computer). After talking to someone else they did find the product in the fridge.They also have this system where you give your prescription sheet and they capture everything but then you have to go wait with a little buzzer till they call you. Found this very unnecessary. I had to wait an additional half an hour for my medicine and there wasnt even someone in front of me!! Wont be going back.

Open 24 / 7 . Large pharmacy tons of variety. But the real treat is their nursing rooms. The most friendly nurses ever. Happy to help and they communicate things so honestly, its refreshing. I had to take my baby there for jabs and was impressed by their care and compassion.

I had a very bad experience at M-Kem twice. So we brought our baby for her vaccination and were told that only one parent should go in the nurses room due to Covid.We understood and complied to the store regulation without any complaints. However, another couple walked in and when I was waiting for my husband and my baby, one of the nurses came and allowed both parents to get in with their baby. It happened right in front of me and another man waiting. And also the receptionist who pretended she didnt see anything!! As first time parents we would be happy to be present for each and every single moment in babys life. However we know that due to Covid its not always possible but these rules cant be applied only to certain people and not once but we had such an experience twice!!!

If you call a 24h pharmacy at 5:25 because you have severe a problem , and they can’t help you because there’s no delivery to where you are, you’d at least expect some (!) kind of empathy let’a say a “speedy recovery” or “get well soon” ... “all the best” or anything that makes you believe you’ve talked to a human being on the other side. The employee should probably not work with people...

Went in to get medicine today at 6.45 in the morning with personal looking at me but dont assist. One lady shouted Lee come help but that also did not happen. So I walked out without being helped at all. This is not a 24 hours service at all very bad service will not go there again.

I really appreciate the express self medication counter - it helps having someone have the meds on hand rather than getting lost in the store searching forever and having someone to ask questions and get feedback and advice instead of just blindly buying medication because the label said it will work. Delivery service not available on a weekend..I urgently needed a nebulizer just to hear that the pharmacy dont do deliveries over weekends In the face of a pandemic management need to reconsider.There is clients that are unable to leave their homes.

Convenient, safe, masks required and screening done before entry, great selection of health and beauty products, Dr on duty and helpful chemists and staff. Cashiers after 6pm are not friendly though, and dont compliment the rest of the staff, but overall a great and healthy place.

The only reason why Im not giving 5stars is because the lady in the booth stopped me from seeing the pharmacist and told me to follow her to the sister thats was on duty. I informed her what the problem was and what I needed. She refused to listen and repeatedly said I had to take my child to the doctor as their are meds that he has to take orally. And all I needed was a simple tropical antibiotic which I had no problem of getting before. I simply ignored her and went straight to the pharmacist. After showing her the pic and explaining what I needed she assisted me immediately, no questions asked. The ointment worked wonderfully. Thank you again. 5stars for the pharmacists.

I phoned before the time, enquiring if they stock that specific battery. Very friendly over the phone. Gave me info of stock, where in the shop I would get it, as well as the price. The sister on duty today was very inappropriate towards my gf after only telling me what happen after arriving home, because she knew I would of gotten upset and would put that lady in her place, she went to get her tablets one day before time because we wouldnt of been able to come tomorrow and she had given my gf a rude lecture, this lady has no manners or respect, you dont speak to adults in such a manner. The location, safety and operating hours deserves a 3 Star! The experience and knowledge of the woman pharmacist, I would give a ZERO!!! Every time, I get some mediocre medicine that does not work!! The Bellville Pharmacy is clearly much better in terms prescribing medicine.

Theres nothing great as good as having a pharmacy that works 24 hours. I have been in this pharmacy many times in the middle of the night and always get best service. Their immunisation clinic is also the best. No waiting period and can even get government medication. I would always recommend this pharmacy
