Not sure how to report on this. They messed up our covid booking and offered no solution. However next day phoned and accommodated us. SO some bad and some good!

The Pharmacists are really wonderful and I really love how they ask if you want the original or generic. More importantly I love how they stay open late because it’s not always easy to get to a pharmacy before they close. Plus they went out of their way to deliver my sisters medication which she needed urgently and it was already late in the day. They didn’t keep us waiting. Staff are lovely

This has to be one of the worst Chemists in the whole of Cape Town. They have a very limited range of products and carry barely any stock. If you ask if they can source an item for you they invariably say our suppliers dont carry that line so we cant get it. Then theres the very poor service and couldnt care less - often abrasive staff attitude. As if it couldnt get any worse Warrens are apparently a protected local business in the area - so Clicks and other competitors arent allowed to operate a chemist in the area!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, helped save me a lot of money with generic recommendations etc.

They are efficient and very helpful and stock a range of health products too

Late opening hours (7 pm) is really helpful if you need something urgently. Friendly staff and good location. More expensive than the bigger pharmacies, though.
