Service at this store is pathetic, almost every encounter with dispensary has been a nightmare. This past Saturday was even worse. Pharmacist assisting was so rude, lied, arrogant. I left without medication i needed with a script. This store needs to put more attention on training dispensary staff on customer service. I can point out clearly staff that you can see have no interest in customers.

It is a mission in itself to call this store for delivery of medication. Its easy to order online for self-meds, but to sort out a prescription almost makes you want to go without medication rather than struggling to get it.Every time my call gets dropped when I am transferred to dispensary. This happened three times.Got much better service from Essential Health in this regard

Very disappointing service at the dispensary. Very slow service...came to get a repeat prescription and waited in line for more than 30 minutes. Almost all stations were manned but they were very slow to help customers. Also not the first time I’ve waited so long at this specific dispensary. Definitely won’t recommend using the dispensary...you get much better service at Clicks dispensaries.

Store is nicely laid out and there is good space between shelves also the staff is friendly and efficient

Visit Dis Chem for some face products, and staff was do helpfull and friendly. The lady at the perfume counter assisted me with face, anti aging product and perfume. She then referred me to the nutrition and vitamin department were a lovely gentleman and a lovely lady assisted me and gave me information on some products. I then came to the till were the till assistant was also do kind and friendly. It was a lovely experience for me visiting all the way from Stilbaai to experience this phenomenal client service in a big city were most people dont care. A lot of companies and other Dis Chem branches can learn from this branch. Keep up this positive atmosphere and attitude.

Contacted them via WhatsApp after telephone calls kept dropping. Asked for delivery of prepared prescription because Im isolating. Replies just stopped at midday, despite me asking for updates on my delivery.

Absolute waste of time standing in the quee at the pharmacy! So frustrating to get a simple monthly script. Only one pharmacist helping 8 clients standing in a quee. Come on Dischem!

Very poor customer care! Ordered Huggies Gold online (Which was in stock). When I went to pick up my order, they told me there is no Huggies Gold and eventually decided to give a voucher. They then told me when the Diapers (that they ordered for me) arrive, they will let me know.Got a call to pick it up, when we arrived they already sold 2 of the packs and they told me that I was late (first come first serve, even though I ordered it first...). I then took the one pack, but when I gave the voucher it did not work.. Stood there for an hour, they were very rude. Finally they decided to give my cash back.Will never go to this Branch again. They are on their phone, chatting to each other and are asking each other what to do the whole time.

Excellent staff, exception one or two for example the young guy at the vitamins very unfriendly, and very helpful pharmacists. They will go the extra mile with you.

I am very satisfied with Dischem Haasendal. They are always willing to help me out and always have my medication ready. When they dont have enough of the one medicine they order it and immediately let me know when its ready to be picked up. They provide me with a very good service.

Lovely big store which is all very impressive. Not always stocked with what you want. Staff dont know where on the shelves to find what you are looking for...??? My rewards card has suddenly stopped working and the cashiers are not helpful at all in helping with a solution to this problem. More important for them to chat amongst themselves. Not a great experience guys... You can have an awesome store, but remember that the customer needs a positive experience!

I am VERY disappointed with the call system that dischem has. I can understand if there is high call volume but what Ive experienced is not right. I wait so long on the line, all my airtime is going as Im on hold and when I finally get put through to the clinic, they hang up! R30 airtime completely wasted as I waited for so long and then that happens. I will never use this call system again as it is the 3rd time this happens!

Have always found the staff friendly and helpful, however it is disappointing when products on special promotions are nowhere to be found and staff did not even know what I’m talking about - even when I showed them the product in their promotional pages. So I guess the store has never stocked the products in question - in this instance from their own Home Butler range...

Had a terrible experience. As I walked in with my puppy in my arm for a quick bit of shopping, I was called over by a security guard. There was no sign prohibiting pets. The security guard was on a radio and conveyed messages as given to her, not very professional. The manager, Stanton Boise, was at the cash registers and as I requested to speak to him. He nodded No, and walked away. Not a good example and experience for a new shop, that depends on sales to reach target margins.

I found the staff very helpful and helped find a compression stocking for me after my ankle operation. Well stocked. Large store. Good Low Carb section for Diabetics and staff showed me where to find my tester strips Accu- check instant as I was new to this new store. Keep it up guys. Just a bit slow when answering the phone and didnt have Clearscar in stock. Had to go to Cape Gate.

Like many others, i had a terrible experience,.The pharmacists, who assisted me on the day, were very demeaning and degrading. I have never felt so disrespected and talked down to, in many years. I am aware that apartheid is still practiced in many businesses/work environments, but to be so blatant, whilst there is a queue of people waiting to be assisted, is UNACCEPTABLE!

Pharmacy super slow. Not a good and welcoming experience. Wont visit the pharmacy again.

Waited 30mins to get to the dispensary while staff were faffing about. All the while the lines get longer during a pandemic, but hey, let me rather get coffee instead of getting customers the medication they need to stay at home.

Waited 15 min on the call to reach the branch, then the call was dropped. Why doesnt the branch has its own direct line? why must people first go through the call center the redirected to the branch? soo disappointing!

Really bad service. Just got out of hospital with my new born in hand and wanted to buy pain meds for my wife. Still shoppers in the shop the security didnt want to open the door so I can talk to him. Just looked me in the eyes and ignored me. If I can give no stars I will.

Wow! I am at a loss for words.I have been attempting to make a clinic appointment to weight my 1 week old baby to avoid the queue.I have been trying for 3 days, calling multiple times a day. Of my calls only 2 where answered and both were dropped.
