Compacted store but still stock all the essentials, and helpful staff

Great store with a very large selection of products. The staff were very helpful and able to give advice about products. The cashiers were friendly and seemed happy to help. What a pleasant change from the miserable cashiers found in most supermarkets. Well done Dis-Chem.

Excellent service. I found exactly what I was looking for thanks to the professional and efficient assistance of Charlize who went the extra mile to make sure that I wasnt disappointed. An added perk was that my purchase was delivered on a Saturday by early afternoon thanks to theunbelievable effort and kindness of Damian.

I dont have any photos to post as I havent been in this shop.That being said, I did phone in (multiple times!) with a script and managed to speak to someone who then arranged delivery of this script.Its a new level of convenience having medication delivered to your door - and also being able to speak to someone at a retail store on a telephone that is helpful. The government establishments could take a page from their book...

Best service from the Pharmacy Department, thanks to Lezaan for the best customer service i really had the best experience.. i think we need people like her, she deserves an increase.

Dis-Chem (Cullenborg) need to follow labour law practices, they cannot expect their staff to work from eight in the morning until 9 pm in the evening..This is definitely against the labour relations Act...Should this practice continue they should be reported..UNFAIR LABOUR PRACTICE

Big variety, I was looking for protein shakes and they have a lot of kinds, more than any other pace I visited in Cape Town , really good customer service, helping me looking to the right product
