My furbabies always come home super clean and well groomed. They all arrived in need of a good wash and when I picked them up, they were all squeaky clean and smelling wonderful.Check out the specials, I took mine and got the full treatment for 3 dogs and only paid for 2!I would definitely recommend Just Groom It 😀

I have been using Jusy groom it with Kendall and her team since my fur baby was 10 weeks old. My fur baby is now all grown up and 5 years old. I have not changed groomers. Kendall always goes above and beyond for the fur babies. Service is amazing. Her team is amazing and they have become friends. Kendall you deserve all the awards available for the work you do.

Today I took my Shih Tzu puppy to GroomIt for the first time. My puppy was a bit shook up as it was his first wash. Hes is 8 weeks old. I was very satisfied with the service and friendliness of Jackie the owner. As a first time dog owner, she was willing to share some tips with me and offered for me to pop in anytime. What amazing experience and I felt that she cared enough for my puppy and me. I certainly will be going back. Thanks Jackie and your dog groomers!

Not always consistent, today I took my dog to the palour and when I got him, my car was full of hair, not combed out, then when I tried combing him thats when I realized that most of his knots which wer minor wer still there, basically he was not de-shedded. Was quite disappointed.He ddnt even smell of perfume like other times..The mobile service is always superb, I t.so sometimes great, sometimes not great..

Tried this place for the first time based on the reviews.Was very disappointed, my miniature schnauzer went in for a standard cut. He came back full of razer burn on his tummy, chest, head and ears.Its 3 days later and he is still uncomfortable and itchy all over.Definitely wont be using them again.

Was chased away due to my dog agression????...went up the road and was asked by another parlour to stay with dog....dog had no issues with a complete makeover??.....says abit about there know how.....

Is it possible to put negative integers as a rating ? Cause thats what this place deserves, now Im sure that most of the dogs that they tend to are sent back healthy, but my poor baby received two 2nd degree burns on his hind legs due to the negligence and incompetence of the staff at this place. However as a future kindly reminder to loving pet owners, perhaps just groom your pets yourself and dont trust these people with your beloved animal friends.

They take such a good care of my fur babies😍....Ive using they services for few months now, and I was never disappointed.You can book your appointment easily, using the online form or by WhatsApp( I myself prefer) in any case their response is quick. Is theres any problem with your fur babies that you may not have noticed, they will notive and call you immediately to ask you if they can fix whatever it might be or to give you advices about what to do.All the stuff are very friendly and you do feel welcome.No complaints at all. Best solution for tick treatment, My pet had hundreds of them I guess. Had 3-4 visits but they didn’t give up finally I saw my pet getting rid of ticks gradually and now completely gone. Cant even tell how my pet used to be before the treatment but now it’s so relieved..

Ive made use of Just Groom Its service quite a few times before and had no issue. Zoë came out looking beautiful... until the last two times.Zoë was shaved unevenly due to a knot on her chest. I told them that I was not happy about it, so they gave me a discount on my next groom. They even charged me more than usual, so this kind of service was not expected. I then decided to give them a second chance.I took Zoë again, and told them that shes suffering with the heat a bit, so they can give her a summer-cut, BUT she must still look like a spaniel. This was ny final words before they started grooming her.I then got a phone call from them to say that they were done with her and I could collect.I was so shocked to see her when she came out. My cousin and I just looked at each other. We werent even sure if it was our dog. Zoë was shaven extremely short. Shorter than a spaniel should be! She is distant from everyone and not herself, almost as if she had been traumatized. She keeps licking her back leg until I realized that she has a very bad skin irritation due to the short cut. I called the vet, and they gave me advice, but if it doesnt get better soon then I must take her to the vet for a consultation and injection 😡

Quick, easy booking process. Friendly welcome to people and thier pets. My pugs came back happy and clean. Will definitely take them back. They also have a wash at your house van...thats an option Ill try next time...sounds super convenient.
