Karen is super helpful, friendly and welcoming. They have a showroom available and offer grooming qualification training. Also stocking some of the best equipment.Not the best location/shop, but I guess they mainly operate as equipment servicing facility and online store.

I have been using them since I started grooming 10years ago. Few hiccups and a bit of a wait on turn over for repairs/ sharpening but overall happy with their good work. Good dryers, clippers and excellent sharpening of blades & scissors

Very well priced. They sharpened and set my Whall Hair clippers to perfection.

I called and spoke to Karen regarding the sharpening of blades for a pet trimmer.She asked me to come through with the unit.Got there and they were busy so she asked me to leave the clipper and come back in an hours time which I did.She informed me that the item was tested and they will not charge me for the sharpening as the unit is old.Now thats what you call service....
