My previous doctor left more than 10 years ago and I have struggled to find someone I am comfortable with. I ummed and ahhed many times until an appointment was made for me and I only regret not going sooner.Dr Olarogun is professional,thorough, friendly and very understanding. She made me feel very comfortable. Her team are just as friendly, I would definitely recommend her.

Dr Jansen delivered two of my three babies, one in 2018 and 2020. I was high risk with both pregnancies after developing HELLP Syndrome in my first pregnancy. Her care and attention to every little detail put me at ease that I was getting the best care. She didnt take one chance and all my pregnancies ended with emergency c-section. Dr Jansen suspicions were always confirmed with blood tests afterwards and if she didnt react as quickly as she did, I wouldve developed Hellp Syndrome again, but she delivered the babies just before it got to that stage.She is amazing, caring, funny and an excellent surgeon. I have recently recommended her to a friend and they feel exactly the same way about her.Thank you Dr Jansen for excellent service.

When I went into labour with my first child, Dr Jansen went to the wrong ward and spoke to another patient for 15 minutes, before a nurse came and fetched her. My daughter was an emergency cesarean.I then had to have a Cyst and Fibroid removed a year later. Dr Jansen and her receptionist said they would phone me to make the surgery appointment, 8 months after the birth of my first born. They never did. I phone them, every week, for four weeks. Eventually I end up in the emergency ward because my cyst twisted. Dr Jansen was, all of a sudden, available to do the surgery the following Wednesday. My first child was 11 months old by then, not 8.My second child, a year later, was supposed to be a cesarean, because of the above. Dr Jansen saw me at 33 weeks and made the date for 37 weeks. Because my first child was 2 months prem, I phoned Dr Jansen to see if she wanted to see me at 35 weeks or 36 weeks. She said no, they would phone me the day before my scheduled day. They did not phone me. I phoned them, eventually, just before closing time. The receptionist informed me that they had postponed my cesarean from the Wednesday, to the Friday. She would phone me on Thursday with times.I went into labour at 3:00am on Wednesday morning. Because it went from a planned birth, to an unplanned one, Kingsbury Hospital had no theatre for me. They had decided to put 2 other women before me, and told me to they couldnt put me in theatre until 6:30am. They also didnt bother making any plans to phone the second anesthesiologist on call for me. Dr Jansen arrived at 6:00am, in a blouse - not scrubs. My son was delivered, natural birth, no drugs, with just Dr Jansen, two nurses and my mother, at 6:30am.My mother had to fetch/hand me my son, because no one else did.I will admit, I should have found another obstetrician after my first child. Would have saved me a lot of trauma. But Dr Jansen is very efficient in theatre. The problem is a) getting her there and b) in a timely manner before you go into labour or your cyst twists.She said she would phone me at 6 weeks after my sons birth to make my check-up appointment. 6 Weeks came and went. So did 7, 8 and 9 weeks. Eventually I got 2 miss calls from her office at 10 weeks. I havent heard from her since.

4 kids, five pregnancies - the only Dr that made it on time for my delivery. She drove like the wind to get to me on time and came running into the delivery room out of breath. Good bedside manners, down to earth and easy to talk to. The receptionist knows her stuff, very efficient and always helpful.

Stopped going to kingsbury.My first baby so I didnt know much about pregnancy or what questions to ask or what to point out .Blood tests were not taken or iron levels which I found out later were both very very low causing a host of unwanted symptoms ,attended another hospital where they were shocked that the routine tests were not done Im not sure what I paid so much money for

Dr Jansen-Olarogun delivered both my younger beautiful boys and all I can say is that I made a friend. Lynette is so caring and gentle and patient that even when she has minimal time, she makes you feel like your experience is the most important thing in the world at that moment. I am so grateful that my births were so amazing and a lot of it is how much Lynette invested if herself. Thank you!

I went for a check up to Dr Lynnette for a cyst on my ovaries. Dr send away blood test and till now Dr Lynnete did not phone me back more than 2 weeks now. Dr inform the reception to give me a message test is negative. I still got pains and need the Dr to at least explain what is the next steps and why she think i need to see gastroenterologist if there is a cyst on my ovaries. Medical aid drs starting to get like the state Drs. So Im not going to phone back because i waste my airtime phoning the reception.
