This was my second pregnancy with Dr Hendricks and it was quite an experience due to being rushed to the emergency room during a pandemic, but the staff in theatre along with Dr Hendricks were very professional & caring. Dr Hendricks was always very caring and supportive during the pregnancy & after birth for both myself and my baby. I would highly recommend Dr Aneeqah Hendricks as she is very thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate and makes you feel at ease with each visit to her rooms. Thank you so much to the doctor and to her staff member, Nazli for always making it such a pleasure for any assistance needed. It is greatly appreciated.

Dr Hendricks is amazing! I had a difficult pregnancy, but I always felt well taken care of and in good hands. I was always well informed, Dr Hendricks is thorough and intelligent. My baby girl was born on 7 June. It was a difficult pregnancy due to my age thus there were quite a few concerns but Dr Aneeqah Hendricks was very thorough in ensuring my baby was healthy throughout the pregnancy. From my visits right through to my birth.. i cannot express enough how amazing she is. Thank you Dr for all your patience with me and doing everything in my best interest. Even checked up on both me and baby after the birth and spent extra time with us to make sure we completely out of pain and comfortable.. In my opinion, Dr Hendricks is professional and knowledgeable, but what sets her apart is her kindness and the real care she showed during our initial consultation. She asked in-depth questions about my history and also explained several things to me without rushing. She seems to be well-connected, actively using her professional network and membership bodies in order to offer well-considered, current and trustworthy advice. I sense Im in really good hands with Dr Hendricks.

Dr. Hendricks has been my OB/GYN for the birth of both of my kids. She is attentive, kind and professional. She ensured that with every pregnancy my birth plan was enforced and respected. SHE and the nurses at melomed are EXCEPTIONAL at what they do. Not only can you sense their confidence in each other but their modus operandi made me feel heard and respected.I can without a doubt say that I will always be using Dr.Hendricks and recommend her to everyone asking. I cannot imagine a better experience than I have had with her; from consultations before birth, including a patient and understanding secretary, making both my journeys a breeze!Shes the best!!!

I had an amazing 1st pregnancy journey with Dr Hendricks as my OBGY. She guided me so well from my very 1st appointment right through to my birth. Even after I had given birth, she was still available and willing to assist me with any concerns that I had. Her secretary, Nazli is so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend her.

After being told that I cannot have a normal delivery due to complications I had a c section scheduled. I cant thank Dr Hendricks enough for the amazing birth experience it was so calm and beautiful. She is great at what she does and guided me through the c section aswell as my entire pregnancy. Definitely recommend her highly. Also I was very scared to have a spinal block done but Dr Booysen the anesthetist really made me feel at ease and talked me through every step. Really appreciate that.

Dr Hendricks guided me through a high risk pregnancy, gave birth at 34 weeks via c section and Dr was amazing with explaining my complications and with advising the way forward, her skills were well shown in my pregnancy and c section procedure.Her receptionist is also amazing very helpful and friendly. I was booked under Dr A Hendricks both my pregnancies. She was amazing through out both.Giving me the advice I needed to deliver both my kids safely. Having 2 c-sections for medical reasons Im now 6months postpartum and I have minimal scaring.The love for her job really shows in the fuss she makes about mom and baby. ❤️

I’ve been using Dr Hendricks as my gynae for a few years now and would highly recommend her. I unfortunately went into labour during the pandemic and was alone while in labour. Being a mother herself, Dr Hendricks ensured that I never felt alone during my experience and even comforted me throughout my labour all while trying to safely deliver my baby. I love that she shows a genuine care and concern for her patients.I had opted for natural birth but unfortunately had to have an emergency c-section. Unlike most Drs, Dr Hendricks respected my birth plan and a c-section was the last resort as baby was in distress.During my stay in hospital, she would frequently check in, not only on my physical but mental well being too.It is evident that she is passionate about her field and her patients.Thank you Dr Hendricks for such an amazing birthing experience ♥️

I almost rarely give any business 5 stars but Dr Hendricks deserves 10. I started off with a different doctor right at the beginning of my pregnancy and even though I wasnt a first time mom I always left that doctors rooms feeling so confused. I finally made the decision to change to Dr Hendricks and gosh what a great decision that was.When I started with Dr Hendricks she knew I was a high risk patient. She is just so detailed and honest when giving advise. I never left any consultation feeling confused or unsure. When I had a question I found her to be so amazingly knowledgeable that I didnt need to ask follow up questions if that makes sense. Shes always so thorough and so loving when dealing with me as a patient. And to be honest that is whats important, knowing your doctor knows best.I was just as impressed with Dr Hendricks secretary, Nazli. I am that patient that sends a million emails or just paranoid or il call but at no point did Nazli make me feel like I was annoying even thought I knew I probably was haha. She dealt with all of my queries so professionally and she was just always so helpful. I had issues with my medical aid but her assistance in all of that was awesome.Near to the end I started developing complications and Dr Hendricks just knew exactly that it was time to get this baby born. Her intuition was spot on. My baby was born 10 weeks early but because of Dr Hendricks and her amazing team my baby is doing so well. She knew when how who what if that makes sense. I will sing her praises to anyone and everyone that asks because if it wasnt for her It could have been a whole other turn of events.I would most definitely recommend Dr Hendricks to anyone. Super warm and welcoming. Dr Aneeqah is great at answering questions and explaining things. Would definitely recommend her and her team if you need to see a gynaecologist.

Dr Hendricks found a growth on my ovary. Surgery was booked soon after. At no stage did she reach out about the results of scans and what the codes for the medical aid meant. After 8 phone calls and Google searches for answers I phoned and canceled the surgery the day before. It was only after this she reached out to answer questions. The trauma of this experience will stay with me always. I thankfully found another Dr who was amazing, completed the surgery and tests and phoned me the minute the oncology results were in. As a patient a 5 minute phone call was all that was needed...

She is an amzing dr. She explains everything in detail for you and care about you as person. I would recommend Dr Hendricks to everybody i know. I am glad we decided to go with her and the hospital. Just amasing.

She is excellent. Calm and reassuring. Listened to every question I had and took the time to be thorough and explain everything. She didnt force a caesar although I had placenta previa she still assured me it might move towards the end. She is on time and doesnt rush her appointment with you. Excellent doctor!

I was in my first trimester when my gynae informed me that he doesnt do obstetrics. I then had to find a gynae urgently for my second trimester through to delivery. Finding a gynae who was covered on my Medical Aid plan was hard but I managed to get a booking with Dr Hendricks.Soon after making the appointment, lockdown happened and everything was up in the air. My booking was rescheduled twice and I started getting anxious that I wouldnt be able to see the doctor until the very last.I was well into my second trimester when I eventually met Dr Hendricks, all the nervousness disappeared and I immediately felt comfortable and at ease after out first consultation.I never had a female gynae before and I was skeptical because of things Ive heard and read before. However, going to Dr Hendricks was a pleasant experience as she was friendly and to the point and I will definitely go back to her.Ive already recommended her to some of my family members.Wishing the good doctor all the success for the years to come 💐

I would definitely recommend Dr Aneeqah Hendricks to anyone. It was my first pregnancy and wanted a lady gynae and im so glad i found her. She answered all my questions, she was straight forward with me and also so caring. I had a planned c section during the pandemic and she was so gentle. I will definitely go back to her for any gynae related issue and for my second pregnancy. Her office and staff are so welcoming. They accommodated me in every way possible. Loved going there everytime. 🙂

Dr Hendricks was one of only 2 gynes that my medical aid covered, but Im glad that I had my first birth experience with her. During my initial appointments she was informative and always willing to answer any questions that I had. She made me feel at ease during my pregnancy.I gave birth earlier this year, under Level 4 lockdown. I had an emergency c-section and my husband was not allowed to be with me. I also wasnt allowed to see my baby for 2 days after birth due to my COVID test not having been processed. Dr Hendricks was very supportive and sympathetic during this time, and when she saw how upset I was that I wasnt able to see my baby, she went to see her in NICU and sent me a photograph of her.Both towards the end of my pregnancy and after I gave birth, Dr Hendricks was available via Whatsapp if I had any questions or concerns. I would recommend her services to any woman who would like to give birth at Tokai Melomed.

Dr Hendricks is amazing, I gave birth in 2017 for the first time and again 2 weeks ago. I dont see myself ever using a different gynae, she is real and to the point👌. Very professional and pro natural, she respected my birth plans and made sure that it was carried out. She encouraged husband and I to have a doula when we enquired about it first time around.Giving birth during a pandemic was initially a very stressful thought as everything was different compared to the first time and I was not allowed to have a doula. We had planned to do a home birth as I was afraid to give birth in hospital, yet decided against it in case of emergency.My birth experience was amazing even during this covid time, my water broke unexpectedly a week before my expected due date. I was well taken care of and my husband was able to attend my delivery.I was able to go home almost immediately as baby and I were healthy and well even though I needed stitches. My healing process for both births were so quick campared to experiences from others who also had natural birth.Overall I would definitely recommend Dr Aneeqa Hendricks to anybody.

Wonderful experience with Dr Aneeqah, shes honestly so kind and made myself and my partner feel so much better during my first pregnancy, delivered my baby boy via c section and we both left healthy and strong and my cut healed perfectly ❤️ definitely recommended her, I will be delivering my second baby with her too God willing
