I found Dr Novikova to be very cold and disinterested. She kept me waiting for 20 minutes, explained things very poorly and showed very little interest in me. I left her practice with absolutely no concrete information, and have to see another doctor. She is also unbelievably expensive, I was presented with a bill of R2700.00 for services which other doctors charge between R1400 and R1800.00. I do not recommend Dr Novikova at all.

Very professional, listens to you and keeps you at ease. She is extremely efficient and has her patients best interests at heart.

So impressed with this practice and would highly recommend Dr Novokova and her team. Her nurse (Angela) was so wonderful and helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Dr Novikova was amazing,after months of seeking help for my unexplained pelvic pain she diagnosed and resolved my problem.she was very kind and gentle and made me feel like I was being listened to.I would highly recommend herinviting and friendly enviroment.Im so grateful

Doctor Novikova has a Great practice.

Cant comment on the practice itself, but when I phoned to make an appointment I found the rate for an annual check-up a bit expensive compared to similar gynaes - R2700.

Unfortunately, she never replied phone calls, emails, etc.

I highly recommend Dr. Novikova, she is very pleasant and professional.I made an appointment with her via email, not being in the same country, she was able to reassure me from a distance and once there I had to undergo an operation which went very well. I was followed very well, she was always available for me for any questions after the operation and throughout my stay.To all women, I absolutely recommend her!
