A very exciting experience at this authentic Korean restaurant run by Korean owners. There was so much to choose from. Bibimbap was great. The meat on the hot plate was really tender. The cold spicy noodles was different yet refreshing. Only recommendation I would say is to offer your customers more lettuce so we can pair it with the meat. What’s the point of having so much meat if we run out of lettuce in 10 bites.They did offer us complimentary fruit at the end. They are extremely friendly, kind and helpful.

Incredible place for authentic Korean food on Seapoint Main Rd, Cape Town. Its a family run restaurant, staff are friendly and attentive. The food is GREAT. We had the Mul-naeng-myeon (Buckwheat noodles, with sliced beef & egg in tasty sweet cold broth- perfect for a hot summers day) & Bi Bim Bap (Steak mince rice in a traditional heated stone pot that makes it crispy). 2nd time here and loved it as much as the 1st time. Dishes are well priced, and portions are very generous. We were also served complimentary fruit at the end.

Small family run Korean restaurant. Very clean and the owners are very friendly. Enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. Bibibamp, Kimchijigae was really good. Very pricey.

I came here twice with friends and this brings me back to Korea, where I enjoyed my favourite bibimbap dishes as well as the kimbap. they have given free fruit as a desert. dont come last minute they will definitely close their doors 15 minutes before the time. Koreans are punctual people.

Best Korean restaurant in Cape Town by far!! I lived in South Korea for a year, and got used to their delicious food. The owners of this restaurant are authentic and even grow their own Korean vegetables! The BBQ pork dish is different from the grill version in Korea, but still very delicious. 😍😍 I recommend this Korean restaurant above all the other ones in Cape Town.

Although Ive never been to Korea you feel like youve stepped into a Korean Familys house for a meal . Its Lovely and small, you get that intimate feeling and the decor and lighting bring the sophistication and class. Its very welcoming and calm.

The owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming and a lot of their vegetable side dishes are home grown! The food is quite delicious too. The only drawback is that the portions are rather small for the price. Other than that the restaurant is quite lovely.

Definitely give it 5 stars on all accounts! The food was delicious and fresh, the staff was kind and taught us how to eat Korean food properly and prices were brilliant for what you get. I definitely recommend the tteokbokki and the gimbap!

Soju is a great restaurant food-wise. The decor is minimal on the walls and tables. You have to go there for the food.We had sizzling hot bowls of bibimbap and the owners mom came to our table and showed us how to mix everything together. It felt like my mom was teaching us :). The owner and his parents were very friendly. Our food was delicious and filling. This was our first time there. We will be back for the service and friendliness as much as the food.

Had you asked me if I knew anything about Korean food, prior to Saturday, I would have said Kimchi. I cannot pronounce what we ate but it was delicious and served with many small bowls of mysterious condiments. The wine and beer options were sparce but the service was warm and lovely and interesting and the complimentary melon, a perfect end. So glad to see the shared enthusiasm from our fellow patrons. We will definitely be back.

Ms. Lee and her family make amazing food. Period. We even spoke some Korean (she was very understanding and switched to English as soon as I could not continue in Korean anymore). For 30 minutes, I was transported back to Korea. Cant wait to go back! Food was a bit on the more expensive side, but for its authenticity, its so very worth it!

Came here for dinner and was very impressed. Kind and friendly staff, who accomodated well for the vegetarian diet. Our meals were lovely and the plethora of sides offered were all great accompaniments. Overall, would highly recommend for anyone in the Sea Point area!

Good solid Korean food served by lovely couple. Not the usual franchise type scenario so dont expect slick service. You get authentic mom and pop restaurant.

Incredible, authentic Korean food. Possibly one of my favourite places to eat. The owner, operators and ever present from the serving to the cooking to even stirring your egg into your bibimbap. (mothers hand is best) Dont be discouraged if the service is not what you expect. Seat yourself, find a menu and grab a beer out the fridge while you waitThis is less like dining at a restaurant and more like eating in someones living room. So come in relax and make yourself at home.

Without a doubt the best Korean restaurant in Cape Town. The adjumma serves up top notch authentic Korean cuisine. You cant wrong with the barbecue options and the bibimbap. You will need to order at least two barbecue dishes so bring your friends.

Very expensive! For the quantity it is not worth it. A bowl of bibimbap can easily cost around R100 and its mostly rice anyway.
