Logged a call with insurance and they logged a call on a Sunday with Olympic Locksmiths for needing to unlock vehicle. Once call was logged with insurance we got a call from Olympic to clarify the requirements and they gave a timeframe. Within 20 minutes they were on site, brought over their special bag of tools fiddled a bit with the lock and had the door unlocked within minutes.

My experience at Olympic was mixed. Initially the car key did not work and subsequent attempts to remove the key seemed to damage the lock. However on return, the lock internal parts were replaced and a new key cut. Yashid was very professional in his work and the final result was perfect.

Understanding that key cutting can require return visits when keys dont work once you get home, I am confident in saying, all things considered, that Olympic Locksmith are my go-to Locksmith, I dont often go elsewhere. I phoned with questions after our front door lock would not work. The person on the other end was aggressive and basically shouting at me as I was asking questions. Not cool. Why would I want to do business with people who think its fine to shout at their customers for asking questions. Also I get everyone has bad days but no bad days warrants that aggression towards a customer. Very very uncool.
