Ive handed my watch in to have glass replaced went to fetch it today and it looks better than the original glass that was on there.great job and thank you Im highly satisfied🙏😇

Worst customer service I have received in my 30 years of existence! I wouldnt advise anyone to go there, not even my worst enemy. Shoprite gives better service than them. Im so frustrated!!! 😤😤 never ever again!!!!

I had a bad customer service at this shop. The shop assistant was more interested in his laptop. I came in with 3 watches to have batteries replaced, he was not interested in explaining to me as a customer the reason to wait for 20 minutes for replacing batteries, he was dismissive and arroganyt. By going through previous reviews it shows that the member is not conversant with customer care. It is disappointing to have such treatment in this day where human rights are encouraged. I therefore demand that the member be removed from our environment and be replaced by someone who is able to work and listen to customers.

Theres one gentleman who works there that is so unprofessional doesnt take the time to look at the product you bring in rather more interested in his laptop and tablet... So unhappy he wasnt even willing to fix mistake on my shoes... I will NEVER ever support them again!!!
