Good service and well priced. The atmosphere is abit too quite and abit isolated but the food is good.

Ordered a mutton with cream via Mr Delivery. Half the contents leaked into the packet. It was not the drivers fault as it was poorly packaged to begin with. I have ordered from many various Indian restaurants and they all wrap the containers with cling wrap so the contents do not spill out. What a waste of money.

My half bunny show was not value for money. Bread was stale with only 4pieces of lamb for R95?! Definitely not doing Cape To India Restaurant-Gatesville anytime soon... I mean ever again!

Bismillah Getsfell branch has become like an indian street food nowadays, full of smok in the restaurant like its kitchen and people feel surfocated no windows or door were open, customer service very poor and only they care what you order, but does not give any concern to the customers setsfiction.Bo-kaap branch is much better compering to getsfell one

Prices are good phone order food was ready when got there be careful in the parking lot dont leave any belongings in vehicle

The most amazing Indian cuisine...

I was really disappointed this time round. The dhal was dry and the tandoori chicken the breast part was extremely dry, for the first time so disappointed 😔😞🤐🤫

Wow wow wow, excellent in every way. Friendly staff, clean place to sit, quick service for sit down and take away. Lamb Dahl, lamb curry mild, lamb curry hot, roti/ chapati and garlic Naan raising the appetite, I loved it. Thank u for quality food that is value for money.

We shared a lamb Roti which was enough for both of us. Their samosas were delicious and papadams are melt in the mouth. Service was good. Cool atmosphere. Priced very reasonably.

Very small, clean, friendly, efficient restaurant and staff. They offer Bangladesh Cuisine. Food is very tasty and delicious if you like medium to strong food. Not for every pallett. In comparison with Other restaurants they offer Good Food at Cheap prices. I enjoy eating there.

Good service at this place. Food is tasty and the side salad is basic but together with the dip they serve with meals are an added plus. Decent prices for the amount of food you receive. I ordered the chicken chowmine and loved it!

Have you seen the ridiculous prices we have to pay for the tiniest portions ever. Its like paying R80 for R10 worth of butter chicken. And not like service is great. Waiters are just outright rude. If you really really have to eat from Bismillah or now known as Cape To India, then I definitely suggest trying out the bo-kaap one or if you must, the one on belgravia. But this gatesville branch is just sad. Now I remember why its been over a year since I last went there.

Bad service, bathroom does not look clean, food was okey. The servers had bad attitude, which could be because I am a female. It also has a political sign hung on the wall. A restaurant is a place where everyone could go and eat. It should be neutral place where race, religion and politics is concerned.

We visited on 8/12/19 one waiter was not up to standard he pushing us to buy so much orders was too much for us and not attending properly but he was very keen to get his tip our total bill was 420 and I was decided to give 450 with his poor service but he claimed I must give 461 instead of 450 and also he just given take away box not even properly helping us anyway it was a really bad experience

Extremely bad and rude service . The water bottles are old so you always see it hazy. Had chicken tandoori and taste was ok.

I give 6 stars for the food, this family restaurant is the benchmark for authentic Indian flavours unlike any other place in its price range. They definitely use a renovation nonetheless.

Food is really good here. I had some traditional dhaba style food in capetown.

Reasonably priced meals, taste & flavour for most dishes would be considered average. Aesthetics & ambience could do with some improvement.

The food is good, we have our favourites but be warned there is nothing fancy about this place.

They offer Indian food with a Bangladeshi touch to it. Great choices for vegetarians too!

Has a nice restaurant sitting for families of all sizes to dine at however the food is just Okay, like your typical tikka places nothing extraordinary. I would still recommend it though and they are affordable.

Their card machine was not working.We were not advised about this prior to our meal.The ATM next door was not working either.We dropped off cash the next day, but the management called numerous times to remind us of payment.Not cool!

Need Halaal tikka Chicken or Breyani?? We have been eating here every Sunday for yrs while my kids attended the Quds Mosque. Never got sick like other restaurants. Always fresh and delicious

Lovely food. Made quickly. Clean n neat.

Very disappointing. Outside is dirty with garbage all over, there is a terrible garbage smell inside the premises. The place is full of flies, sitting on the plates and cutlery. The walls and ceiling have damp mouldy areas. We had a hair on one of our paperdoms. Will not eat there again because it looks like a health hazard.
