What a wonderful company to deal with.I applied for a settlement visa, and made use of the company as the Rules and policy changes in such an application are daunting. They understand and can explain should there be changes in policy.My experience was wonderful: professional, friendly, unbelievable knowledge on the most random question, the patience of saints, supportive when I wobbled.The documentation presented to Home office was professionally prepared and presented scanned in . All I had to do after completing the forms was to complete biometrics. BIC were excellent. They detailed exactly what needed to be done from my side to obtain a UK spouse VISA. My husband and I had a great experience with Breytenbachs Immigration Attorneys. They assisted us with our Ancestral Visa for the UK. They were extremely thorough and were quick to reply to any concerns we had. The process was stress free and we felt informed every step of the way.

Generally very good feedback and information, but there were some issues when we had to change consultants because of holidays. There was some unclear information about the financial requirements which led to delays in the preparation of the final submission. I had confidence that my visa application would be approved, though, as the consultants made sure we ticked every box and only submitted the application once they were certain that we did everything that was required by the immigration office.

I was extremely nervous to ask Breytenbachs for help just because there was no guarantee that my application for a British passport would be accepted. I began communicating with Jeanne Prinsloo in September 2020, when COVID-19 was rife in South Africa. Despite this, Jeanne was always prompt in her responses and I dropped off my documents at Breytenbachs in January 2021. I kid you not, my British Passport arrived IN A MONTH despite the fact that Her Majestys Passport Office is working on skeleton staff due to COVID. It is a miracle!
