I dealt with Carryn P. at Sable. u2028Even though my needs were not met by any of their services, Carryn went above and beyond to point me in the direction of services that would be useful to me.It is noteworthy, however, that none of these services are a Sable product or service.Carryn remained warm and professional throughout.I’m wholly impressed and would recommend them every day of the week.

Absolutely the worst people that we have ever dealt with. Gia is the most unprofessional person and un human person ever dealt with. Never been made to feel so helpless and that we have no hope in a very stressful situation in our lives. I would never recommend them to anyone and are now dealing with there rivals and what a breeze

These people blacklist you on their Facebook page when you try to help other people with an immigration issue. There are people who leave really inappropriate comments on the Facebook posts, but I (who actually tried to help a 70 year old lady with some UK immigration question - which was left there for a few days because no one at Sable was willing to answer the question) gets blacklisted?! How does that work??!So if I had left a foul comment on that post (like many others do), would I have NOT been blacklisted??! Very strange. And not only is it strange, its actually quite petty. You would think that an immigration agency like Sable would be a lot more professional than that.Helping another person should not be considered grounds for blacklisting someone on a Facebook page!! What sort of message is that sending out??! I used to think very highly of Sable, but if pettiness is part of how they conduct business, youre better off finding another immigration agency. One thats mature enough to allow people to help each other (even on something as simple as a Facebook post).

Basically they are a very expensive postal system. Applied Jan27 ( I was told three weeks) ( and the covid excuse) by end of March I was emailing once a week and just getting the same responce... ( still waiting) by end of April I called the. Gov. UK center to be told my application was Completed beginning of March?.. (3 weeks) went through to TLS who contacted the UK embassy one week later they asked me to come in, and passport was collected? About two hours after I collected my passport I get a call saying its ready from Sable?Very good and quick to take money and do the I itial paperwork.. After that they had no interest. I was even told they could never get through to the UK site and yet every time I called I got through?

My case handler Maxine Furlong, was absolutely brilliant, she was professional and friendly! Had to pay R7000 for a 2nd status trace after the first found we needed extra document to make an application. The second status trace factually contradicted the first leaving us wondering which was the correct. each took over 12 weeks. Now the case worker assigned has been confusing me and my father. Avoid!Update a further 6 months down the line and still no progress and just been informed my case worker has changed again. What a farce, they are just taking our money whether they have the resources to provide the service or not!

1st Contact have been absolutely amazing to deal with. I am a VA and work with people in other countries, up until I started using 1st contact over a year ago now, transferring funds was an absolute nightmare, I used to hate submitting my invoices because I know that it was always going to be a long and complicated process to get the funds and the fees were astronomical! I heard about 1st Contact through a friend, and signed up immediately, I have never looked back. Everything is so easy, the customer service agent that I deal with is very efficient, and responds to all my queries immediately, the fees are low and easy to understand and I get a great rate when transferring foreign funds, as a added bonus, every 10th transaction is free! You guys are doing an excellent job, keep up the good work and the amazing service. Liz Ervens, youre an absolute GEM!

Using this organisation for UK citizenship but due to the timing of the start of my job also a Tier2 work visa. The best way to describe them is a highly paid post office. As long as everything is straight forward they are fine - my citizenship application being the case. When things are more complicated and need proactive follow up and ownership of the process, after all that is why you pay their fees, they are useless. On the visa all they do is gather your documents, send them on and wait. They dont chase, they dont follow up and They dont guide. They claim guiding and assisting with the UK NARIC is not their role. The UK NARIC being one of the most material parts of the Tier2 application. For fees of £7000, avoid if you can, there are surely others who are better and know the job more thoroughly.

She, after, contacted the home office and I received my NINo in a couple of days.Highly recommended, great customer support.
