CareChamps were amazing in helping us twice in just over a month. Firstly with my mother-in-law facing her final days with cancer and secondly with my father-in-law as he came out of hospital after 3 weeks on a ventilator due to COVID. Our office Care Agent was able to organise carers in Port Elizabeth and their help made the world of difference.The carers themselves were also amazing, and willing to don PPE to help. They were respectful and a pleasure to have around.CareChamps helped us through a very difficult time, for which we are very grateful.

Your website is very easy and user friendly to do shopping on especially being overseas. I am most unhappy with the level of carer provided:I specifically requested someone strong to lift the patient up and down the stairs.Nomalady is not strong, she is fat – there is a difference between fat and strong.She did not know how to operate a wheel chair; I had to jump to stop the wheel chair from rolling down the steps because she did not EVER use the brakes.She battled to lift the patient from the bed into the wheel chair and finally let go of the wheel chair with the patient in it going down the stairs! I have had to explain to the doctors why he had so many new bruises.With this experience, Nomalady is not fit to take care of an invalid or anyone wheel chair bound.I will not use this agency again.

CareChamps Zuka, Wendy, Taffy and Ndutu have been looking after my husband for over a year. I cannot speak too highly of their skills and very importantly, their affection and thoughtfulness. It is a sad and difficult time for me and the family, so their care for all of us has been, and is, very important. And Zinzi is ever efficient and available.
