We are a family resident in Sydney, strictly bound by travel restrictions and more recently our aged parents living in their home in Somerset West were in need of urgent care, needing to be organised at a moments notice. Despite the nuisance of public holidays, weekends and the frustration of our differing timelines, Rochel and her team members were able to offer outstanding day/night care, much to the comfort of our family, who continue to speak so very highly of them all. It is only with Rochels prompt response, also keeping in touch with us regularly, that a recovery plan is now in place, with on-going thanks, Garry and Lynda Latham

We have made use of Heart at Home Care for my father who had a quadruple bypass in October 2019 and received such brilliant service that when my mother had her Aortic Valve replaced in February 2020 we immediate contacted Rochel and arranged for someone to help take care of my mom once she was out of hospital. The love and care that was given to my mom whilst she was recovering was far and beyond what we expected from any Home Care facility. Thank you to Rochel and her awesome team for everything they have done for my parents in such a short time and for going the extra mile.

I got hold of Rochel of “Heart at Home” who helped us at short notice to look after my dad during a time of need. I am based in Pretoria and at the time my dad was based in the Strand. My father was very ill and the distance between us did not make things any easier. With Rochel and her team I had regular and open communication which gave me a great deal of comfort. I felt I had someone I can trust close by and this took a great deal of pressure off me. Dear RochelThank you for sending us Joey as a carer for my husband. She knows exactly how to handle him and gets along very well with him. Shes efficient, encouraging, passionate, swift in her duties and most of all, speaks respectfully when exercising him or talking to him. On Mondays, we attend a support group called Helderberg Stroke Support and Joey doesnt just sit around. Even there she lends a hand to patients that need help to get into a wheelchair from a combi and also supervises and assists some groups playing games.Thank you for sending Joey to care for my husband.
