Please be aware of this branch if youre a customer. When the cashier makes a payment error and has to refund you they give you fraudulent fake R100 notes. I literally had the R100 note burnt in front of when I tried to pay another shop with it - to demonstrate that it was fake. It was embarrassing. There was also no way I was going to spend R100 in petrol just to come back to the branch to handover the note; so they are very smart in their doings as Im not sure how individuals who work with money every day cant detect a fake note especially considering that one can assume its passed through many hands within the Clicks store.So fellow customers, please check your notes before you leave. Would never have thought this would happen in such an established store. Very disappointed.

Had to run to the store for basic supplies after work. Store had its shutters down at 6:20.p.m while it states closing time is at 7.p.m. Very dissatisfied.

Slow staff, no one available for online collections. Waiting 10 min for someone making announcements to no avail. Worst clicks for service

Pharmacy queues are always very long and super slow. A quick pickup for prepacked repeat prescription takes as long as loading a new prescription. Why?Tried to do discovery vitality check at nurse, but she says shes out of stock of cholesterol testing strips and I must ask the pharmacy to order more. Um sorry what? Went to tyger valley. Much better service there.

Clicks in N1 City Mall is good for toiletries, health, beauty and snacks item that their store stock. The store is most busy on the weekend - Saturday and Sunday mornings seem to be the busiest. The store is not the biggest but is not small either so they do have a wide enough range of items. Although, some of the beauty brands that the bigger Clicks stores stock may not be found here. They have a nice ticket system for the pharmacy but the wait is usually quite long, there is limited seating available.The staff at the pharmacy are. however, friendly and are willing to assist with recommendations. The queue when checking out is usually long so thats also a wait - too many times there are two few tills open.

On my last or recent visit, the store was great and qs were moving fast with all tills working. Covid-19 health protocols were being followed. The customer service was great and staff was friendly and gladly assisted when required to do so. This was also the case during hard lockdown as I regularly shop here

The service at the pharmacy is ridiculously slow! 12 people waiting, 4 pharmacists and they having conversations with the people they consulting with, hugging them. Im all for the personal touch, but we have sick people waiting for medical help and Clicks N1 city pharmacists has no urgency to help! Not a manager in sight. Pathetic service Clicks N1 city pharmacy!!!

Service at clicks n1 city pharmacy is terrible. Always have to wait long. Very unhelpful and today it took hours to get medication that had been ordered and processed via medxpress because of incompetent staff Clicks 😡

Ive been to this clinic with my kids a couple of times and medication. The new ticket system that they have is a bit slow.. Great that they have seats to sit, because youll need it.. But staff at the dispensary sre friendly.

After greeting the cashier at till number 7, of which I was unsure of at the time, I asked her if this is till 7. She looked at me, no greeting, didnt answer my question... Just asked for my clicks card and showed me her hand for my card and then instructed me to enter my pin for the card payment.. No greeting no acknowledgement, no thank yous whatsoever. I noticed they dont have the survey buttons at the till, which is the reason for this review. Poor service from the till points.

I frequent this shop regularly. They have a good product range and displays a large variety of products. Flow through the pay points is normally quick. Staff is not friendly enough to earn them 5 stars

Impossible to get calls answered

The pharmacy is a mess and extremely slow. The entire system is so slow and you stand in ques up to half an hour with only 5 people ahead of you. For long periods of time there is no staff behind the counter. I dont know why clicks pharmacies are slow compared to other pharmacies. And its all. Ive been to different ones but N1 city seems to be the worst.

Awful wait time. There for chronic med pickup twice and even spoke to manager. He was quite dismissive. I waited longer than persons submitting full prescription. Why the special “express” ticket? Have switched to Dischem where this never happens. Unfortunately, Clicks has destroyed the Mom and Pop pharmacies around South Africa - profits over service.

Our family Clicks store for health supplements and so much more. Been our store for 20+ years and still has awesome staff and service.

The dispensary is a mess and I almost always have problems with the pharmacists and staff there. They loose emails ... 3 times! They inform u to collect your medicine but once you get there its not ready or they dont even inform you to come for your repeat prescription on their so-called service they claim to provide. Ive changed to MediRite at Checkers and always receive great serves their.

Amazing! I get loads of bargains for my child seriously you save so much! You can gey almost everything for your baby and get all your own health products and spoil yourself with some nice bodywash products ...and save money. Also would recommend gettimg a clicks clubcard its free at the cashiers counter,every time you show swipe your card you get points and the points equals money and after a few purchases you can shop with only your point/clubcard money and walk out of there with your goodies and not spent a cent. Lots of time they have a 3 for 2 special which means you pay for 2 and get the 3rd free. Really great specials
