Staff very friendly and always very nice to talk to. Staff always ask if they can help. I then checked their phone lines on how quick they pick up. I needed a kettle so took the test of checking if they know their products, because i needed a kettle the guy on the phone siad he would leave it at the counter 1 and i came personally in and found my Kettle as promised. Good and friendly staff always willing to help their customers. Wish other clicks stores can learn from thus wonderfull store. KEEP IT UP GUYS

I always enjoy going to this clicks above the one thats near to my house but I prefer this store they are always happy to assist the pharmacy staff is so wonderful one person in particular by the name of lameez I had an issue with some of my medication and needed someone to explain what I needed to do she was more than willing to do so and I appreciate her wonderful service. Dont bother trying to call them,The staff are too busy chatting away to take any customer calls..The phone NEVER gets answered here!

I am very unhappy about the service at this place. Earlier today I went to this clicks to get a few things for my daughters. I am looking for the products that they want and simply cant find them. Finally, I ask one of the staff members to please help me find this product. She rudely questions me who these products are for and why would my daughters want them. She told me that my daughters would not need those products not knowing what their situation is. It is none of her business of who these products are for or why I want them. I am never coming back this place. Do not recommend. Unenjoyable experience.

Unfriendly cashiers with no regard for the people they are helping. They just stare at you blankly as they ring up what items you could find, no greeting or smile.They always seem to be out of stock of certain products even though it is a relatively big store.

The cashiers at this store are extremely unprofessional, playful and chatty. I made a purchase at this store and the cashiers were chatting away. My cashier was clearly not taking note of my transaction. A week later i receive a call from somebodyat the store. This person said that I must come in to the store to make payment as the cashier have not rang / scanned my pharmacy purchase. How unproffessional???!!!! I then went in to make payment and was given the run around!!!! One of ladies who work there told me its no use I complain as the manager does nothing.This afternoon I called 5 times and no answer !!!! I even called Checkers which is in the same shopping centre to find out if they are open!!!!!This store might as well close down!!! Pathetic service !!!!

Excellent service. Service with a big smile. Pharmacy queue at peak times of the day or month can be quite long but understandably so as the stores location is central to Rylands. My branch of choice.

They dont have anyone controling the number of people entering the store ended up spending 30 minutes in the queue only to find people coming to look for Robin (who works in the store)and being given the opportunity to go in. These inidividuals were not elderly they just knew her and gained access without queueing. I need friends like these during this time.

No one ever picks up when you phone. Ive phoned on 3 different occasions to ask for flu shots. Nothing

This clicks store by far the best in comparison to other stores. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. If they dont stock an item due the store being small in size, the staff are happy to obtain the item for you or direct you to a store that has stock.The pharmacy are has a ticket system (as do all clicks now), which is a waste of paper on days that the pharmacy isnt that busy. Ticket system is more of a way to get the attention of the pharmacists/assistants who are not always present at the counter. Overall good experience.

Clicks Rylands why do you have a phone???Whenever I call your store I can never get thru to you... Your phone is constantly ringing...I have tried 10 times today alone.

Unfriendly, unhelpful, no stock on the self and refused to go to check for stock in stock room. No stock taking signs in the store. Very bad experience. Staff just standing around chatting to each other doing no work and helping no customers.

Staff are friendly. No pharmacy as yet. Store is close to my home so I dont need to go to vantage mall or Kenilworth to go to clicks.

Cashiers need training in customer service because they cant greet you back nor say thank you
