Terrible store, the pharmacy wait time is stupidly long 20 mins plus. Definately will go to the competent competition.

Never go there if you have an emergency. They pharmacist didnt want to speak with my doctor so I could get the correct medication.

Has great products and a big variety of things but the pharmacy must still be built in the store

I went to the dispensery with my script and received excellent service from the pharmacist. She was very patient and soft spoken. Her name is Darryn Opperman. I highly recommend this Clicks branch over most. Even the tellers were very helpful and friendly. I have had bad experiences at other outlets.So this will be my new go to store.

It is now the third time that I drove to Clicks in Observatory.Again, the assistants in the shop were standing around, talk to each other but don’t care about the costumers.I had to go to them and ‘force’ one to help me. I wanted to have a perfume. And what did she say ? They only have perfumes for women. This is racism, this is sexism. This is nothing one should deal with.I boycott the CLICKS in Observatory ! Sh*t shopThe 1 Star if for the parking in front.

Love this place. I always find a reason to go there when im nearby.The pharmacists are friendly as well as the cashiers and assistants. Theyre all so sweet. Definitely my favorite shop/pharmacy

Staff always standing around chatting and dont help at all I repeat at all .last week to my surprise someone overed help and I found it realy funny ; its the first time I see this lady working there took a pic of her badge and only realized when I got home she was part of management at the store keep it up Noshipo Booi maybe the staff will follow. Decent shop, not that much parking, and now they have a pharmacist counter too, when they first opened they didnt have one for a while.

I love this little clicks! It always has what I need. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only gripe I have, is when staff talk about their personal lives at the till or in the isles infront of the customer (but this happens at various places, not only clicks).The pharmacy has recently opened (finally!), Which makes this clicks even better. Thus far Ive had great service from this store and their pharmacy. The guy I dealt with at the pharmacy, Abduragheem, was helpful and efficient and followed-up. I could send my script via email and collect the next day.

Unhelpful pharmacist.. really very obnoxious and not prepared to go the extra mile.. Take my meds back to Diskem

The Clicks itself is quite dark, but has everything you would want a Clicks to have (except a pharmacy, but you can’t win ‘em all). Otherwise the staff is happy to help.

First visit. The pharmacist on duty told me she had heard of Friars Balsam but did not know what it was. She suggested that I visit a health shop even though the product is bottled under the CLICKS label.

Very clean store, well stocked, friendly staff. They are in the process of getting their license (to sell medication), bureaucracy takes time friends.

This is not a pharmacy. It’s false publicity to call this pharmacy. They do not have a license to trade pharmaceuticals so they only sell hairbrushes and baby powder. They must stop the false advertising immediately. It’s a shame for the clicks brand.

Made a trip there to get meds only to discover that they have no pharmacy :/
