I used to shop there. But i dont find staff as friendly and visible to help Customers. Staff always talk to eachoter when i walk through the isles.

Very bad ,Very bad !! I called the store 2 time on different days!! OMW the phone never gets answer , called the pharmacy twice and got disconnected twice . Like seriously do I have to walk there to ask some important questions and this is the nearest clicks to me !! PATHETIC!!

The service is very poor...non existent to say the least. I have called the store the whole morning to get through the pharmacy...Either the call gets answered and immediately disconnected or you get put through the pharmacy and no one answers....This is one of MANY bad experiences in this Clicks store...a stain on the Clicka brand

The staff at this store is extremely abusive towards other staff members. I bumped into a merchandiser from the store who was in tears and on the verge of quitting because of the way she has been treated by staff from this store. Complaining to the manager didnt help either. Such abuse should not be tolerated in the workplace and no person should have to bear working in such a toxic environment to put food on the table.

Staff always friendly and respectful with a positive attitude. I dont feel like just another person but as a valued customer. Congratulations to the management and floor staff supervisors for advice and help and excellent service. Also thumbs up to Tasneem Patel for being so very helpful regarding my chronic medication.

Good stores clean and neat but wasnt happy with service at pharmacy yesterday 10/07/2020, pharmacist got upset as I didnt hear my number being called on TV screen in store and only saw it later so a lot of noise an I sat behind the pillar in the store

By far the absolute worse Clicks store,I bought a Kambrook kettle which was giving me problems and took it back as its still under guarantee and I was told they can only send it away for repairs,Why bother giving a guarantee?And how am I supposed to consume anything from a kettle that was repaired?Clearly they have no idea of the pandemic we facing and their managers have zero people skills....

Unfriendly and unprofessional service rendered by pharmacist assistants, asked the gentleman a simple question about a product, he responded by saying he does not know and was not trained in that regard. The purpose of his job seems to be just taking things of the shelves w/o knowing basic product knowledge. Bad service and attitude! Seems to running throughout the store.

All ways a long wait at the pharmacy. Long rows at tills but that go fast. Friendly and helpfull staff.

Hi I just recently bought a omega 3 plus pack and one 9f my calcium tablet was in half but package was not open. I bought this 2 weeks ago as Im by my second batch in the box

I was going to rate it 4 stars for the in store service but I tried to call to get important information and no one picks up the phone! 4 attempts - rings non stop!!
