Miriam took my call today with a request for some OTC meds to be delivered. She was patient, kind, helpful and efficient. What fantastic service. This little Clicks is a real gem in Sea Point with great service in- store and on the phone. They really are fantastic and need a big shout out.

This clicks has on multiple occasions just been closed early or opened late for unforseen circumstances. I could accept it if it was once or twice but it has happened multiple times over the last few months. Frankly quite annoying, especially when you can see all the staff are inside.

No one to help. Could not find any type of anchor plasters, nor basic calcium supplements. Eventually found someone who said she’d ask someone else cos she also couldn’t find them. After another 10 mins, I left.

The managers at the Adelphi (now Artem) Clicks need dire training in how to address customers. The two managers that I have dealt with (a man and a woman) can be very rude. The stars awarded are for the helpful cashiers and the pharmacy staff.
