Friendly fast keep up then good work

This place does not care about customer service, I ordered encaps for PVC pipes and they advised me that my order will be there within 2 days, one week later I go there and they had lost my order, I asked for a refund and they advised that they will deliver my encaps the following day, The deadline came and passed and I am still did not recieve my order... now my construction has been halted and I am losing money due to their incompetence. avoid this place at all costs!
