Well stocked hardware store with plenty of off road parking. They also stock a variety of timber in the backyard.

Buco Montague very helpful and friendly staff. Not easy asking for building supplies if you do not even know what they are called. Keep up the good work and please be patient with those of us who REALLY dont know the names of tools and products!

Quick, easy, efficient. Usually pretty well stocked, but some more specific items like woodworking jigs are not stocked and would have to be ordered online or simply go to another store. The employees can be helpful pointing you in the right direction but as for anything further, you are better off consulting YouTube or a woodworking book. Pricing is usually competitive with others like Builders and Brights but sometimes items that would be more out of the box might be cheaper at a specialty store. Their wood is medium quality and medium priced, definitely not the cheapest and definitely not the best but fine enough for hobby work.

When it comes to convenience and above and beyond service,this is the way all business in the harware suppy chain should be modelled,The staff are friendly and literally we were asked if we needed assistance and the product placement knowledge was impressive more so the use and application there of and the alternatives available were also mentioned.Best part is the pricing is better than any other store ive been in ever.Im a contractor and ive now found my choice of store now im now shopping here,can even have a drink and light snack while waiting and one can see the food is more fresh than most peoples food in the fridge at home!!!!

Help not readily available. Went there twice in one day. First time they were comfortable to say I should go back because the only person capable of addressing my query was overwhelmed with other work. Second time; two hours later (16:50), again cant be helped because Ive just missed the person who was very busy on my previous visit

Hardware stores are the farthest thing from my natural habitat, but wow did the staff at BUCO Montague Gardens make navigating my first DIY so simple. Between Selina Alexander (the Sales Rep.) and Brandon (the wood guy at their on-site Timber City), I was helped with ease, efficiency and a smile (behind the mask, of course). Thank you for this noteworthy retail experience, I will certainly be back.

Too big and not organised, staff too busy to assist

Great service. Ammediate manufacture to supply cupboard rack within 15 minutes and profesionel advice given at the cupboard counter about hinges replacement for cupboard doors and very helpfull sales person to show were the stock is and help with the correct choice.

This Buco is the only Buco store that I would go to. They are the Rolls Royce of hardware stores. I dont mean the best, I mean the most expensive. But that do have (and again, I say this store) amazing helpful staff

Much, much better option than Builders Warehouse. The staff here actually know the products and are keen to help. Adequate to good selection of hardware and tools. For specialist tools you may have to go somewhere else.

If you want boards or wood to be cut they are folks to mainly help you out, just ask for Marlon. Some other folks arent as clued up as he is.The cutting staff are also very helpful and friendly!Be sure to be there early too so you can get your cuts!Also remember to measure not once but three times before they make the cut!

Friendly in store staff members who are fast with helping customers. Some of the guys in the yard are slow and not interested in helping the customers. On 1 occasion I had to wait 30 minutes for 2 bags of cement and on a other occasion the guy was suppose to load me 10 bags of 13mm stones. Got to site only to find out that there were 13mm and 19mm stones. Couldnt return the bags as we opened them into our concrete pile

Dont drive all the way there stand around looking for help and then expect them to accommodate you by cutting 200mm off 2x 2700mm chipboard so that you can fit it into your car. Mica hardware Pinelands more than eager to help me and the prices were better.

Awesome hardware store, ordered a plywood sheet cut, they stuck to the timelines that they gave me, cutting was nice and neat and they even labeled each piece by size. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, will definitely go back in future.

I come here to buy all types of things but mostly paint and glue type things. Its the only hardware store that I know of that has so much staff, that you never have to go without help. Their in house brands are of the same price and quality as builders, and pricing is generally the same, but the staff difference is worth the extra time to drive.
