Service was absolutely poor poor poor.I waited in the queue with no one ahead of me for 20min, then what I did was call the receptionist from my mobile phone while standing in the queue for someone to come and attend to me only to be put on hold for 2 minutes with no answer eventually someone help me after standing in the queue for 25 minutes not cool, saving a few runs here and there is not worth the wait and waste of time to be attended to.

Bought hard ware for the work shop

I was helped by Chadwin and his service was excellent I had bad service in January but this guy went out of his way to help me because my mind was made up to never buy there again but he made changed my mind with his good service

The service was prompt and efficient. The sales person made sure I received the correct goods that I needed. In this case Imperial thread bolts which are not readily available at normal hardware stores etc.
