Waiting for my delivery, I was contented to be advised that they will deliver yesterday but did not deliver today Im still waiting and trying to call the office with many attempts office number is engaged

You need to update your operating hours. Cash build Makaza apparently opened at 8am-1pm when it did not even open. Lets not waste our money for false operating hours.

The staff is lazy, they deliberately take long to deliver because they say they wont do just one delivery for a place, even the store manager doesnt care. Poor customer service is a norm

Makhazas manager - Charlene Layman, on the ground floor their assistance is good. There needs to be much done on the Administration site, where you get quotes before you buy or pay for the goods. It took them an hour to give us a quote of PPC cement, there was only one elderly(gentleman) to assist us all. Later another employee came in to assist, even then he would help friends with other quotes, whilst we were waiting for hours. All in all it sucks to get help in there end, seems people are used to this, they were complaining in the queue but no one would complain to the manager, reason I didnt bother calling her, is that whats the point if shes so blind in seeing that her administration leading to the payment SUCKS !

Worst service ever.... dont deserve a single star, the person that attended to us was rude and impatient.
