Shocking treatment from the manager after they sold us a broken latch, which also had parts missing. He was extremely aggressive when informed there were parts missing and when the item was returned proceeded to verbally insult us in the store! We placed our order with no issues. Payment was fast and convenient. After placing our order, we received a automated response thanking us for the order and that it has been recieved. This was 9pm at night. This afternoon, just after 2pm our order arrived and the products are even more beautiful in real life than on the website

Products are not the best quality. Even if the staff tell you it wont rust, It will rust. They seldom have stock. After sales is terrible.

The manager, Matthew is a difficult person. I bought 7 solid metal cupboard handles from this shop, installed them for a day, realised I bought the wrong colour, took them back to exchange for solid brass, he would not take back five, claiming they were dented, they were not. Think twice about buying from here, not easy to get stuff exchanged. I had to repurchase!

Well stocked shop for all your door handle and mechanisms requirements. Some slow moving stock has low stock levels and stock sometimes meeds to be bought in for you, but normally only takes a day. Very pleasant and knowledgeable stafg.
