Silvertree is a family run convenience store that has serviced the Lansdowne area for decades. It has anything and everything in store from daily groceries to electrical components to last minute school project items. I remember going here as a kid with my grandparents and on most occasions leaving with a Surf Joy sucker. Those who know....know.

Great service and prices,was. A bit surprised that the smaller independent shop next door was more expensive than them.My thinking was since they are smaller their rent should be cheaper therefore their prices should be cheaper, wrong silvertree much bigger store much cheaper.Will definitely be coming back here again.

Theres nothing to say really its my 1stop store... I grew up with this store n doubt wether myself or the community would ever be able to do without the store and the family... all the best going forward

One store Ive come across on Sunday that literally sells everything under the sun. Who would have thought I would get a 5L pool acid and tile glue in a store like this. I take my hat off to the owner for thinking out of the box and to stock things which you could never imagine. Pop in there sometime when you in the area and just go and see. Youll be amazed

Best little secret in cape Town. If you need some little thing you cant find anywhere else xhnaces are they have it. Excellent store.

A gem of a shop where you can literally find anything from groceries and fresh produce to paint and hardware till late night. At a fair price too. One problem though, and the reason for not giving 5 stars, no swipe facilities. I had to leave the store and go draw cash at the garage nearby. Please guys, you almost have the perfect formula.

This was the only hardware/shop we could find open late at night. They stock a basic range of cement, tools, light switches, plugs & paint. If you work in electrical and maintenance... Youll find what you need if you are in a pinch. If you run out of bread or milk... Youll find it here :)
