My husband asked me to write a review on this store as he is extremely please with the service and the goods that are available in store. The store sells the normal goods you would expect from a hardware store, but also specialized goods which is difficult to find anywhere else. It is a great store with excellent service! I was helped by Faith. She is knowledgable and was friendly and supplied me quickly with the correct items that were stored in cupboards. The place is huge and clean and Covid-19 protocols were observed, so I felt they have a high regard for my health & safety.

Visited Brights this week to buy a sprayer for pesticide. Busy assembling now only to find out not all the parts are included in the box and almost instructions. Have attached pics of what is supposed to pass as instructions. Usually recieve good service but this .....

Everything is over priced. Even a simple shopping bag is R1.50 and thats the small one. I have on many occasions compared prices with smaller hardware stores and found Brights to be ridiculous with there prices. The only plus is that the assistants there are knowledgeable about the products.

Conveniently located near my place of business. Loyalty programme allows for discounts in being a regular customer and they stock everything I would need in relation to them being a Hardware Store! I have had bad experiences with other Hardware Suppliers but Brights puts a spark in my day.

Returned a Item today after nearly 2months,way past return policy date which makes provison for up to 30 days,had no issues and the guys were very accommodating..appreciate the great customer service

I have buying from Brights for several years. The staff are always helpful and knowledgable in the many departments I have dealt with. Returning goods is also easy and fair. I buy all my DIY goods. Prices and quality are excellent. The store layout is a pleasure. Isles are wide and parking is always easy.

Sales staff have absolutely no interest in helping! Getting worse and worse by the day! Seems this branch is going downhill fast!
