Found what I needed, left satisfied.Not a very large location, but ample options for grabbing home DIY kits when you cant be bothered to drive more than 15 minutes to a large store.

Went there to buy paint and the guy works at the paint department gave me wrong paint after I told him exactly what I wanted... Had to spend more money to buy another paint after using wrong pain... The management team must get their house in place or they will lose more customers

It is a surprisingly large store with a variety of items that a person will need for home improvements. from various paints to safety gear to safety gates. Cement and sand also sold here.

Reasonably priced. Standard hardware store with yard. Staff fairly knowledgeable and helpful. Cashiers could be a bit more customer orientated (just my opinion). I regularly buy here as they are well priced compared to Builders Warehouse.

Know what you want and check your goods before leaving the store. They gave me the wrong stuff and I had to go back. Other than that, they have good product but they dont have high end products.

I normally get my goods from Ottery branch were service is great. Here I had to wait 10mins for the sales guys that handled my order to get off the phone. Unfortunately on this day if I had the time to wait around and stare at him for that period it wouldve been okay.They definitely need more flexible staff there that deals with clients requests
