ACDC have a vast selection of products to choose from. Their prices are reasonable and their staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back if I need anything electrical. Their store is well stocked and if they dont have it on the shelves they will get it for you.

Nearly as useless as the goodwood branch...

Long queues, slow system and if you have to collect at the warehouse down the road, add about 40min waiting time - if around lunch time, add another 20min. Staff have no care in the world about customer service. Its unfortunate, Ive always supported them and bought all my stuff from them, but since the move, I will not support them again. They are however well stocked, plenty of items and have a impressive LED lightning collection.

Dont still drive around just go to ACDC for all your electrical components.

They had exactly what I needed. Only issue is, their customer service was not great. I even called them and the lady who I spoke with seemed to have no clue what was going on.

Although they did not have what I needed the staff were very helpful and provided me with the details of an alternate supplier

Nothing Express about it, technical staff not interested and just refer you to the counter, lots of occasions they tell a person only after they have invoiced you to fetch it at the warehouse, be prepared to stand in cues and speak to staff that dont seem to be properly trained to assist you.

First experience was a good one , staff was very helpful and not abrupt which i find alot lately at other places as if they dont want to assist .Keep it up acdc staff!
