I will give them 2 stars because I got my burglar bars there for my aluminium windows but other than that, no friendly staff in reception area. Very little eye contact as they are on their mobiles busy. Not even a thank you after youve done your payments for stock bought. No explanation after your purchase to say go next door and hand over your slip there and the receiving guys will sort you out. Please owner train your staff to be more professional in what they are doing especially if its your clients first time at your premises. I will come back to buy again and hope to see some changes.
