Couldn’t find the ‘store’. Apparently it’s a desk inside the BUCO somewhere.Ain’t nobody got time for that.Went across the road where it’s obvious where to go. Got a wider selection and a much better price too.

I send them the detailed project , the sales guy there sends me back some weird dog fence that had nothing to do with my project and then he sends me back a quote that was more than double than the actual quote we got days later from another sales person there. We actually got the project done with Bargain furniture. Very well priced and reliable.

Very helpful. Board cutting takes 7-10 days though, so had to go to another store.

Had compressed wood cut here, wont go back. Delayed service, bad communication and final product had chipped edges. Otherwise well stocked location.

I ordered boards of different type of wood and different projects, each time I felt like Im restoring or recycling old wood off-cuts..Not recommended..

It hurts leaving a negative review, especially of hardware shops I used to support through my life. However this specific branch gave us two opportunities on two separate visits to feel underwhelmed. On the first, our wood order was extremely difficult to finalise while the person helping us was finishing his pie and come while typing on the computer. The ordering processing gentleman after that was very kind and had a good sense of humor, but that was again crushed by the nagging and loudly gossiping ladies at the cashier points, who were extremely open and rude about other staff in front of clients. On our second visit, we picked items that were in stock, just to be told days later that our delivery will be late due to stock problems. Items were delivered 2 weeks late. I understand that management is at the core of these issues, and most staff were nice, but the bad Tate left us going to mom & pop stores now. Slower and smaller, but just more pleasant. I hope you can sort things out, timber city has been a brand in my mind since the old TV and songs you had in my childhood days.

Staff are very help full and the store is very well kitted but there wood cutting is horrific edges arent straight and corners are not 90 deg and there sizes are off was not impressed with there cutting abilities

Slow service

Service is pathetic. Asked several people to help us, one could not help us and said we should go ask that person. She disappeared after we warned and came to say that the man was going to come and help us now. Were still waiting. 💀
