My grandmother went in to get her hair done for her 82nd Birthday and the owner was so irritable and unpleasant. It seemed as if he would rather have been doing anything else, but my grandmothers hair.After asking him what HE thinks she could do to her hair, as a stylist, he said its not his job to tell the client what they should do, the client should tell him what he should do.Shocking.

Asked the stylist to texture the ends and some light layers at the bottom, nothing extreme. The hair stylist did not listen to me and did her own thing. She ruined my hair and gave me THE WORST cut Ive ever had. She was also very rude. She made me feel very uncomfortable when I was simply just explaining what I wanted done to my hair.

Very unfriendly staff. They did not want to help me initially. All I wanted was a haircut (which was very sloppy and was not even in the slightest) and afterwards the girl actually dried my hair, again with no effort and did not even use any styling products - which has always been standard at any other hairdresser I’ve ever gone to.

Was given a price for a cut and blow dry and was charged R200 more on the day Id booked the appointment for. When I asked why, I was told to get it in writing the next time as the lady who Id booked with wasnt there that day.
