Loved this place! Beautiful interior and amazing staff! Not many can do my hair to my satisfaction, but Buli was absolutely lovely and a wonderful conversationalist. Would 100% recommend. Definitely my new favorite hairstylists.

Every time I go to Savas hair I am always delighted with my hair. Carlo knows exactly what my hair needs and to make me look good. I get complimented on my hair all the time and most people think it’s my natural colour. That’s when you know your stylist is doing a great job. Highly recommend.

After many years I found an amazing hair salon where they deliver exactly what you ask for (for example, in the past I’ve asked million times to not cut my hair a lot and I was happy to see that finally I was heard). Excellent customer service! Everyone is very polite with always a smile. I had balayage and I am very thrilled for the result. So happy!!! Thanks Giovanni, you are a star! Although I hate spending hours in salons, here I enjoyed every minute. I even had the best head/neck/back massage!!! The only problem is that I live in London as I have come to stay in Cape Town for 2 months only. I wish these guys where in London too. They are another level.

The best place to get your hair cut during lockdown. All of our DJs use them. Sanitary, and theyve cleared the entire place out for the sake of social distancing. Carlo and Monique are our favorite.

Love love love this salon! The staff is always friendly and I always leave feeling like a 100 bucks. Theyve recently moved to a new premises, which is even more beautiful than the previous one.

As always, an absolutely magnificent experience. The entire salon has a light energy, the space is open and modern, the personal touches added bring an intimate connection. Services offered are premium. Over the years I have seen many different stylists and have never been disappointed. Absolutely adore the wonderful Bridget, her choices of colour and styling of my hair has always been perfect.

Skilled staff. Excellent head massages while seated on a massage chair. They offer complementary coffee too.

Very expensive for what I received. I went in with almost hip length hair and explained what I wanted but came out with a bob (waaay shorter than what I wanted) that I could have cut for myself for free. When family and friends saw my hair they made comments like they don’t think the hairdresser knows how to cut hair and that I must never go back to that salon. What made things worse when asked how much I paid (R400 for just a wash, cut & blow dry...) they were very shocked to hear I was charged so much. There was also an odd smell inside the salon that smelled like menstrual cycle. Their massage chair attached to a basin where they wash your hair bruised the back of my head which was sore for a few days after. Needless to say that I won’t be returning, I felt very ripped off and my confidence took a blow I feel like my hair just looks like a choppy mop. I can’t even get this fixed at another salon because my hair is so short now & it’s going to take ages to grow out.Save yourself from a bad experience, go somewhere else

SAVAS HAIR SALON IS A CUT ABOVE THE REST!(No Pun Intended😜)When it comes to my hair, and Im sure many can relate, Im pretty fussy. I have coarse hair that is difficult to deal with, and I struggle to find a stylist able to tame my unruley locks. That is until Giovanni aka Gio got his hands on me. Previously based in Johannesburg I would fly down monthly and co-ordinate my visits so that I could get to Savas as well.As a client I can assure you, you will not leave Savas feeling dissapointed. From beginning to end every need is catered for. Esty who works as the front of house manager and face of Savas is efficient, professional and always friendly. While waiting for your stylist (which is rare), you are welcome to take a comfortable seat (in the middle of all the action), while being offered a proper, lip-smacking cup of coffee or tea. In my case, Giovanni, who is super friendly, and always happy to see his clients, will do a quick check-in to discuss the plan of action. Giovanni, who has styled hair internationally, is really in tune with the needs of his clients. With the action plan in place its time to get spoiled by the ladies at the basin. Where I have nearly fallen asleep numerous times. Hair is washed, your scalp massaged while stiff muscles are softly handled by the machine operated basin chairs. And then the fun begins.I dont want to give away too many of the trade secrets of Savas. Go and experience them yourself. But I can say this. My unruley, coarse, resistant hair is tame, shiny, soft and manageable. Cape Town is lucky to have Savas.Thank You Savas For Everything. Always A Pleasure!!!
