To the man who changed my (hair) life - Carl!! What an exceptionally talented man - he completely transformed my colour and the state of my hair. Carl is a absolute perfectionist and I am so grateful that I found him and Palladium! Palladium became my home away from home for the 5 months I was in Cape Town! Everyone is so warm and welcoming - it was an absolute treat on each visit! The convenience of having your hair done while also having your nails taken care of by the wonderful Vivienne is just brilliant! I will miss you all! Can’t wait to be back again in December!

Carl is absolutely the best at hair extensions, cant rate him high enough! Hes a master at it! Dont go to anyone except Carl. He really knows what hes doing. Ive had many disasters in the past. Im more than happy with my tape-in hair extensions.

I had a wonderful experience at Palladium. Initially, I had a detailed quote to determine the correct length, thickness and color match for the Easi Pro extensions, then the hair was ordered & the installation was done a few days later. Tamryn was very thorough in explaining the format of the tapes being installed as i’ve not used this kind of extension before. I often find hairdressers to not be the most relaxing experience. However, this one was an enjoyable one.

In the morning - 3rd of December - I got my nails done in a salon in town, acrylic with gel polish. The acrylic was applied badly, very thick and over my cuticles. At the end of the afternoon I hopped in at Palladium and the nail lady (I forgot her name, shame! 😭) made my nails look perfect and professional. I love the way she shaped my nails, and fixed the acrylic and polish! In two weeks I am going for a fill up and hair trim. Never going anywhere else, I swear! Highly recommend this place.

Palladium Hair Company is genuinely the height of salon professionalism in the Cape. They have a really consistent, talented, and welcoming team of efficient people, who are incredible at haircuts and colouring, as well as styling, and the convenient makeup treatments also on offer here, the manicures and pedicures too.The Palladium experiences is lovely, because you can entrust yourself to the team, and not regret the care and finish they give you. This is a perfect place for a full pamper - to have everything done, and regret nothing as you exit.

Palladium Hair Company is most certainly the best hair salon in Cape Town. The staff is super friendly, extremely proffesional and the vibe in the salon is always great. I always feel like I had a Spa day leaving there..and I never can wait to go back for another pamper! You deserve 10 stars!!!

I requested a “clean, sleek, low bun”. What I got was the messiest, sloppiest, knot I’ve ever seen; even the part on top of my head was a mess. I could not have worn this anywhere, let alone a formal occasion. The gentleman doing my hair was so confused as to the issue that he had to call someone over, who was very nice but ended up just making things worse. To make matters worse, they used black hairpins in my light blonde hair, and the pins began falling out immediately.This was the worst hair experience I’ve ever had. I ended up immediately taking it down, too embarrassed to be seen in public like that, and doing a better job myself.

Ive always had a great experience at Palladium. It just doesnt feel like a typical hair salon. Great stylists, service, head massage and awesome music. They literally make my day👍
