Total transformation! I appreciate how the stylist respected my desire to keep some length and her recommendations for treatments were spot on. Im so satisfied and recommend Oyassis to anyone looking for a transformative experience, or even just some upkeep

Bought a wiki deal for highlights and a wash, cut and blow with moisture treatment. Was not really worth it IMO. My hair was sitting at neck length, the stylist did a trim probably only cut about 2 cm. I had to pay extra R130 for that, so be careful if youre buying the wiki deal and your hair is at neck length. The highlights only cover a small portion of your hair too on the outer layer. Not worth price. Lastly no ventilation in the salon. One customer was not wearing her mask for her treatment. Door remains closed with air only entering when someone opens the door. No windows.

I visited this salon for the first time today. I was blown away by the service I received from Fiana. She was excellent. Will definitely recommend the service received at this salon as 5 star

Serviced on scheduled time. Nice experience at the hair wash station. Very relaxing and my hair came out stunning. The staff is very friendly.

They started with my hair 40min after my appointment and chopped half of it off after I just asked them to trim the ends.

I absolutely love this salon! The first time I went there it was such a pleasant experience. The staff are very friendly and makes you feel right at home. They are also very skilled and I was extremely happy with my new look. The customer service is the best Ive ever experienced, they go out of their way to help you even after hours. Would definitely recommend this hair salon to all my friends and family! Looking forward to my next visit on Saturday with my mom!

Oayssis is the place to be if you want to spoil yourself but with beautiful results of a hairdo. Friendly staff who become your friends, head massage like no other and beautiful hair for days. Love this place ❤

Discovered this salon through Entertainer. I have redeemed as many vouchers as I can from offers available. Service has been personal and welcoming, and Im very happy with results. Thanks to Maurecia for looking after me. They have plenty of in house deals over and above Entertainer. Prices are standard, and salon is generally busier on a Saturday than in the week. Owner is present most of the time and also sees customers. My only issue is parking availability during peak times.

Efficient, friendly, accommodating and great service. Always greeted with a smile and treated like royalty. Also get super great advice on your hair and which products to use and the condition of your hair is always top priority.

Ive been going to Oayssis for years, every 5 weeks. They had started to fit as many people in as they possibly could, which made it feel like they were doing me a favour when they finally got to me. Because of this, having a hair appointment meant that my entire day was spent waiting. The owner does not treat her staff well, and is extremely rude as well. I will not be back.

I have not even gone to this place but I definitely will never be going as it is next to impossible to make an appointment due to extremely bad customer service. Sent an email and its been four days and I have not received a response. Further I called to try and make an appointment and the date was fully booked which is acceptable. I called the next day to make an appointment and then the appointment book could not be found , I gave my name and number and appointment details and waited for someone to call me back and nobody ever did. Very disappointing.

Spent a really long time here because the colour applied to my hair wasnt done correctly, the owner stepped in to help the stylist fix it. Walked out with the correct colour in the end but not with the expected results.

Mauricia was amazing! I got so much more than what I hoped for.

We were treated really well by all the staff. Loved the outcome, will definitely be back in a few months to change my hair again.

Friendly, helpful and fast service

Overall a good experience. Went for a gelish manicure. My nails really looked amazing. Although I would expect for a mani they would do some sort of scrub or use lotions at the end which wasnt done. Staff was very friendly. Only issue was limited parking and the manicure bar was right by the door which made it very chilly when its windy.

I got a Brazilian blowout and a cut at this salon. The service was alright but I am so unsatisfied with the results of the blowout. Normally my hair is dead straight after the treatment but now it’s just as frizzy. It was a waste of time and money.
