Friendly staff but the service is absolutely horrible I was not happy at all. I had a wash and blow and no conditioner was applied to my hair. My end were so frizzy after the blow dry and my hair looked so dry and I can assure you it has nothing to do with my hair type or texture as I have soft not even wavy hair. Easy to style. I just paid and left I wont be visiting again and I absolutely will not recommend it to anybody. Really really disappointing. Money wasted.

One of the worst haircuts Ive ever had. The stylist did not really listen to me, and when I asked her to cut it shorter, she was a bit irritated and then messed up the original style

Extremely poor service from a very norse woman called Shaheeda. My daughters very first experience at a salon and she combed out her hair like shes a rag doll, did not attempt to try and make it a pleasant experience at all. We then asked the manager for a different stylist. A friendly stylist by the name of Crystal then saved the day. She made our daughters salon experince a pleasant one. Shaheeda is unfriendly and has absolutely no passion for her work. Once Crystal assisted us, Shaheed was sitting and staring at us. Extremely creepy and unprofessional. The manager didnt bother to apologize for the bad experince either. We will never return and will also not refer this salon to anyone.

Not the best of experiences honestly. Although the stylist was friendly, the service was rather mediocre.

There are 3 prices for a hair cut, and when I walked in for a cut was not given the options. I paid R475 for a cut of which my hair is short! No blow dry either, just a was and cut. Ridiculous and this price is for an executive hairdresser, what is that? The fact that the hairdresser actually lent against me when cutting my hair, I think that is not how an exe motive hairdresser should be cutting hair. I accept the fact that I also did not ask the price however knowing I was a walk in surely the price should have been discussed with me. To top it all, you want to sell me special shampoo for grey hair for R200 yet when I asked so if you used that shampoo to wash my hair now would it cost extra, yes R175 how does that work? Unfortunately I wont be going back.

When will shop open?.. I tried calling at 4:30 today Sunday hoping to make an appointment for during the week. On the website it says the shop closes at 5:00 pm. But no answer. Im Disappointed.

Had my hair highlited and treated myself to a good moisture/protein treatement. As I have had highlites for many years they take extra care to avoid damage. I can highly recommend Partners hair design.
