All in all my experience at Excentric is always great. They are friendly & professional. The few times I went, I was always satisfied, they truly do a great job.The only problem I had was with my treatment. I did the Evolution treatment. I do this treatment every few months, but this time my hair didnt add up to my expectations. The first day it looked really beautiful, but after my second wash it didnt come out like I expected with the previous treatments I did at Excentric. Currently, my hair is back to frizzing & curling, I am a bit disappointed, because I payed a pricy amount for the treatment.Hopefully my next treatment at Excentric will work better. I will still be a loyal customer, because usually their treatments are worth it.

Best salon in cape town, Anita is incredibly meticulous and her attention to detail will leave you leaving that salon looking amazing. Definitely recommend this salon for people looking for a regular spot they dont disappoint.

The staff does not listen to what the guests really want.. Even through you return 2-3 times, asked them again. They still dont listen. Your hair gets damaged and you are still fully charged.

Truly the best Hair Salon in Cape Town. Ella did an excellent job. I couldnt have asked for a better stylists. I was hesitant because getting my hair white was a 5 year long journey for me. Ella did that in 1 day. Im so impressed by the colour and can honestly say that it was one of the best experiences of my life. The staff was very friendly. And even after working on my hair for 6 hours, Ella was still motivated, friendly and super kind. I wouldnt even mind sitting there for 12 hours if I had to. She was professional and knew exactly what I wanted, I didnt need to over explain what want shes got you, say no more. I will recommend going to Excentric if you want the best hair out there. It was relaxing and I enjoyed the fun conversations, Very professional and clean. I cant Thank you enough, words cannot explain, Im super stoked, Im sure everyone could see how anxious and excited I was! Keep up this Fantastic work. Highly recommend Excentric!

Lesley cut my sons hair - he spent an hour doing it instead of the 5 minute rush experiences at other salons. It is extremely well priced. He listened and gave excellent advice. Will definitely be back!!

Lea and her staff are very friendly and competent. Under her leadership the trainees do excellent work. They treat everybody as if they are family and you feel very welcome. Leas expertise is exceptional. No one else is able to cut my hair exactly right, but she could - when it was straight and now that it is mysteriously curly. Keep up the good work.

You know how when you ask for a colour and don’t get it. Well this place does exactly what you ask for, they are amazing and treat you to a nice head and shoulder massage. Also who doesn’t love cappuccinos that are awesome but not as awesome as the staff

I had my hair trimmed by Talita and she was extremely friendly and professional. She did exactly what I had asked her to do while still using her expertise to create a great final result. Talita did my hair, did exactly what asked plus more! Really nice girl, focused and love to detail. Id highly recommend her.The reason Im giving a 3? The nails. Despite best intentions, the standard just wasnt good.The salon uses high end hair products, but cheap substitutes for the likes of CND shellac? Ive yet to find a good manicure in cape town, so if you guys could provide that that would be aces!! And a real selling point for the salon.
