The salon is a bit dirty needs a serious deep clean. The wash basin is very uncomfortable. However the stylist Kouthar was good and my was done nicely.

My wife decided to get her hair washed and blow dried. When asking for an appointment was told it’s a men’s salon yet there was a lady having her hair done in the salon. She was offered a flat iron for R180. Does not make sense.

I was looking for a hairdresser today and decided to call in to find out the pricing, when I asked the lady how much a cut was she explained it to me. I then asked her how much a tip was and she then responded in a very condescending way that she just explained before.Totally disgusting service. Please teach the people who answer you phones and speak to your clients how to give proper customer service!!

Asked for a quote a month ago and I am still waiting for them to call me back.

Waited 40 minutes, even with an appointment. If I wanted to wait, I could have just gone to a normal barber. All in all a terrible experience.

Worst experience for my nephew. The hair stylist did not listen at all and left him with the worst cut which left him in tears. All his beautiful blond hair gone! Even I could have done a better job at trimming. I do not recommend this salon at all.

Second time I been to this salon and once again I am more than satisfied with the service I received. They always inform you of the products they will be using on your hair. The shampooist gives you a thorough wash and amazing scalp massage... You feel valued from start to finish.. Will definitely recommend them

I am not sure which training these hairstylists go on but I had a bad cut again from a different stylist this time.

Lady at the front was not interested to help at all. I asked when the next available time was then she said, go upstairs theres another hair salon there.

Staff was not welcoming or nice and they did not cut my hair the way I wanted them to I felt very awkward

The stylists are controlling and do not listen to what you want , they do their own thing .I was also quoted an amount of R300 with a free hair trial and on the day of the trial I was charged almost R500 for a 15 minute trial and it did not look good.I was also told that the trial was not free but that I would have to pay more for the real hairstyle on the day.I am very unsatisfied with their business
