I went here for years for literally the exact same thing (full head of highlights/retouch, wash, cut, blow). From the age of 17- 22. After the 2nd last visit, for the first time, I noticed that my hair was patchy infront, to which the owner asked me to come back so they can correct it which was great.After the last visit, it appeared that not enough foils were used and my regrowth was still very much noticeable. I then contacted the owner again and she said that I can come in but I need to pay another R500 for stock when it originally costed R650 for the highlights.My last visit was in December 2020 and the work done on my hair is now more noticeable as its growing out😅
