This is quite a good hairdresser. So far, each time I made an appointment I was helped as soon as I walked in. They are also quick to do my hair and without me having to tell them, they dont spray a lot of products on my hair once they are done. The one negative I have is the talking... Not all people go to the hairdresser to chit chat. I love going to hairdressers and being able to close my eyes and zone out while my hair is being washed. When I went to this hairdresser recently, the lady could not stop telling me about her life and asking questions about mine. She is very nice and friendly, but this is not what I want when I go to a hairdresser. Also, this hairdresser does not allow you to include a tip on your card payment, which is an inconvenience having to go and withdraw tip money afterwards. Especially now with COVID going around, it is better to have a cashless environment, so please consider allowing tips on cards.

The most HORRIBLE experience ever!! Took my daughter in to trim her hair, discussed the trim in detail with the stylist. In the end it took 3 stylists to try and cut her hair straight and she ended up with hair way shorter, because the first stylist could not perform a basic hairdressing skill of cutting straight. Avoid this salon if you want no regrets!!!

Been taking my 2 kids for Haircuts by Uben for years now. His very professional and keeps up to date with the latest trends. My eldest is especially excited every time we go. Thank you Uben.

Unprofessional experience.Went for a rinse (had lush hair perfume in my hair) and dry. Was not asked what was in my. No blow dry lotion and heat protection was used. When asked, I was told they are out of stock. I questioned who the manager was....manager speaking. Informed manager that she should have told me about the lack of stock or bought stock. Told that only Hannon products allowed. And that our irons dont need heat protection. At check out: we had a price increase 1 September was 180. Once again....not informed upfront as I would have opted out. I refused.....more than 180....no accessory products nor information of price increases before services rendered? Topped up with an elderly lady customer telling her hair stylist that we ( white and brown ) are the same. We are not like black peopleCall owner...Sandy...informing her of the incompetence who informs me that I am too big for my shoes (at 37 years old), accuse me of shouting (but she also claims she cant hear me), and hangs up.One star is a star too many

Good barber, fade work is great, attention to detail, and good customer service.

I was horrified at their price increase!!! In September I paid R160 for a wash & blow and now in October the price has suddenly jumped to R240!!!! When I questioned the big jump in price I just got a shrug of shoulders.
