Very clearly asked the owner NOT to touch the colour of my hair and just touch up the roots. I had beautiful gold hair that took months and many treatments to get it the way it was. She messed up my hair in 30mins. And then said afterwards if I want it like I asked for it from the beginning I can do it myself. Did not even say sorry and even asked me to pay after I told her how unhappy I am, that it is nothing what I wanted. I had to get another salon to fix her mistake, costing me a fortune. Please dont ever get your hair done at this place. They mess it up and is not even sorry.
