Life changing. I started with body factory a few years ago but the brnch closest to me closed down, I have tried every single other EMS trainer and none gave me the results or the workout that BF did. Luckily a branch opened up in my area this year. It is NOT a quick fix, you have to commit just as you would to any gym, but it is quick and convenient and I promise you will be sweating!

These machines are the best. ILove the vibe and concern with the trainers. Theyre qualified to asist you with your fitness levels which they do so with great expertise.
