Shocking! Holes in climbing wall was not round and smooth. Finishing was terrible. They had to come redo some of the features. There was sharp screws and bolts sticking out. Severely cracked poles were used. The jungle gym was not even up for a month and the swing came loose, while a child was swinging on it. Worn bolt (after less than a month) bad workmanship. Terrible quality. Horrible service. One of the poles was also missing a screw. Will never recommend them. For R38530 you expect that the workmanship would be of high quality. We were very wrong! Its been 5 months and the varnish on the jungle gym has to be redone already.

Ive had very unreliable experience with this company as they have taken more than 4 months to complete a job that has been paid for in full.The product itself is good, but its very poorly managed.
