Cape CrossFit Century City is an awesome place to train. The facilities are really professional, well maintained and consistently being upgraded. The coaching staff are really great and take the time to ensure people are doing things the correct way to avoid injury and set you up for success. Would highly recommend this box.

My experience at Edison Way Crossfit was very unique. Great owners and coaches who are friendly, competent and passionate about the Crossfit Community.This is the factor that really stood out for me. It is a place where community and cheering each and every athlete on was so palpable and evident in all they do.A definite must go to Fitness Facility for young and old, newbies and veterans of the Sport of Crossfit.

I have been doing crossfit here for approx 8 months. Great vibe and people dont take themselves too seriously unlike other crossfit gyms that tend to be more aggro and/or over competitive. Great place for the avg Joe to build overall fitness. :-)
