I have trained in so many local Gyms over the past 15 years and this is by far the best Fitness Centre around.They are:- Well equipped!- Well maintained.- Clean and ready on arrival.-Classes and coaches are punctual.-Coaching staff are well organized.-The coaching itself is done by seasoned professionals and of very high standard.- There is a great atmosphere.- NO egos.- Their rates are very affordable.

An amazing gym that makes you feel like family even on your first class with them. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking to join a fighting gym whether it is just for fitness, or to learn a new skill (but you dont want to get physical) or if you are interested in eventually competing.

They advertise MMA but dont actually teach it anymore so if youre coming for that then you will be dissapointed, the muay thai is top quality but they only teach jiujitsu as a second class you have to pay extra for, no wrestling or MMA grappling to be seen.
