Love this box! Ive been going for a few months now. Great coaches, both for their gees and for their detail orientated focus on form and progress.As a pixel pushing desk jockey with limited coord the level of patience shown is astonishing. 😅There are a lot of friendly people, convenient times and its a nice and airy building compared to other options.Theyve even started a School Houses thing with monthly comps to add another level to cooperative competition. Go blue team! 🏋️

Amazing box! A real positive energy exists here and with highly-skilled and highly-focused trainers you can really achieve goals here. Perfect for hardened elite athletes and there are even scaled classes targeted at beginners trying to break in.
